Good! Like I always say, the decision is ultimately up to you. You know your situation and your ex best. Sometimes a relationship can be salvaged and worth the save but sometimes it isn't, especially if there's cheating or some other type of abuse involved. It's your life and it's your decision.

If you're hellbent on trying to work things out, let me just set expectations that it's a tough battle for sure with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule. Hey Brad. So my ex dumped me yesterday. We only dated for about a month and a half, but the relationship was extremely healthy and had no issues. Long story short she had a really messy break up with her ex, and it gave her a lot of anxiety issues. I had talked to her several times saying that if she wasn’t emotionally ready that was okay. Hi! Issues won't prop up until you get to know each other better, through time. Consider moving on from this, especially if it was just a fling to either you or your short-term ex. That figures. If your ex has the "Grass is Greener" Syndrome, realize and accept that this is outside your control and really the best you can do is becoming the best version of yourself and vibrate higher, which means NOT taking less than what you deserve and not settling to just becoming an option, especially if this used to be a stable relationship between you two. She's likely taken you for granted, so you don't really need that in your life. Use the law of attraction. You deserve love and worth of love, so you can only attract love. If she goes away from it, then you repelled her and will most likely attract her back if she vibrates as high as you. Otherwise, be open to new people who may be on your level. Be strong!

I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. hey brad, me and my ex broke up nearly a month ago. I was really angry a lot of the relationship and displayed insecurity a lot and acted selfish. When we broke up I begged and pleaded and then gave up after a while. she said we can text every now and then so we did. I would respond to her messages within an hour or 2 and I didn’t say much other than like “that’s nice” and stuff like that. after a bit she blocked me and now it looks like she’s in a rebound relationship with a guy I don’t like and she knows I don’t like him (before the break up I always brought him up and got angry because of him despite her not talking to him at all) I think it’s also important to note that she’s petty but I’m not sure if she’s just doing this out of pettiness or not. she made a playlist full of love songs and the bio of the playlist is the name of one of his social media accounts. This was like a week and a half after the breakup. I see them walking with each other during school and I saw from a friend that follows her that she posted her and him (she has me blocked and her account is private) and I also saw her wearing his sweater one time. Every now and then we walk by each other and we notice each other since we quickly glance at each other and just continue on. And she told her friend that she wore his sweater all day while they were on the school bus. She also looked back at me a few time since I sat a few rows behind and she noticed me when she walked in the bus. About 4 days ago she unblocked me for whatever reason and viewed my stories but didn’t text me. 2 days ago she sat in the seat across from me on the bus and we had a conversation but she started the conversation by asking if I was ok and if I wanted my stuff back, i said no and she can do whatever she wants with my stuff and she responded with “isn’t that rude” and I just said do whatever you want. After that she continues the conversation and ends up showing me her phone lock screen and it’s pictures of her and the other guy hanging out and I just play it cool and say that’s nice and stuff. She still refers to him as friend but she said “friend ish” I decided to play her game and I just put a random picture of a girl she doesn’t know and just placed the phone on my lap and she looked at the screen and asked who’s that and I just said a friend. After a little bit of just chatting about classes (she also has about 2-3 periods with other guy and doesn’t have any with me) we eventually got to her bus stop and she got off and just told me goodluck and I told her goodluck too. oh yeah and she also asked if I told my mother about the breakup and I told her I did and she asked what she said and I said “what is she supposed to say” and then we just went onto the regular conversation. She hasn’t viewed my stories since we had the conversation but I’m still unblocked, any thoughts on the situation?

What if it seems like there is too much hurt and resentment to overcome? I didn't cheat but my ex feels betrayed because I prioritized someone else when she really needed me. In her mind there's no way to come back from that. The good news is there's still anger and tears that come out indicating she's still emotionally invested, but she seems to continue to distance herself.

If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. I say generally it's still fair game unless you see most if not all the signs that your ex is over you. Nobody falls out of love that quickly if the feelings were real. Depending on what really cut the relationship short, it may be time to consider moving on from this. But don't rush. Tried everything including begging? Because that would absolutely dwindle your chances. Anyway getting an ex back is a gradual process, so there's no one-action solution for this. Okay? The "no contact" phase is a good start, so do that first if you haven’t yet, for 30 days. If you have, then I'm glad you've completed it. Depends on what's really happening and how well you've been playing your cards, or not. If you've only talked recently, I'd say you two are friends or more appropriately, talking terms for now, but don't let that derail you, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily. If you've already reconnected for a while though and your ex is pushing you deeper into that friendship hole, then that's a different story. Getting an ex back is a process. Not giving each other distance will not help the situation. That's for sure. I'd still suggest to give the "no contact" rule a shot because that's still really your best bet, which will work in a sense where you BOTH will get to clear your mind to be in a better position to deal with each other when the time comes - instead of letting emotions overrule everything, risking things to get blown out of proportion even further. Makes sense? But will no contact ALONE work to get your ex back? Sometimes it does, but other times (especially if your situation is unique) it won't, because the no contact phase is only part one of the three-step process I teach in my Ex Factor Guide. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. The distance will always be a major culprit. Is this long distance scenario temporary? Because if it isn't, then may be as good as over. @@BradBrowning well, I expressed to him how I felt about him n his response was that I just made things complicated so he needs to sort things out...he just told me he's interested in 2 different women, which I found out at the same time when I expressed how I felt about him..said that with me, the love would be immediate but would take time with someone new. It's quite complicated.

She's feeding you bullshit man.. The reason she's trying with her ex again is because you've been doing things that turn her off.. By your message it's probably letting her walk all over you. And you've probably begged her to stay when she said all those things. When a woman tells you something like this in your mind you should be offended and tell her "ok I wish you all the best" and move on. She most likely will regret her decision afterwards, but if you begged her to stay or tried to convince her it will only make her more sure of her decision.
You have to be willing to lose her if you're ever gonna win her back, man. It's tough. I understand, but it's completely doable. And it's a different set of rules if you live together. Do limited contact with your ex where you only discuss the essentials. Hey Brad, thanks for all the work you do. After following your advice, my stubborn and avoidant ex gf are talking again. However she unblocked after going through some heavy traumatic times. While I'd like to get back together I don't know her intentions and feel it's better to help her through the struggle. Is this an issue you've covered? If so are there any articles or links?

Thank you brad, this was the video I was searching for. I'm in a wierd situation, my ex finally wanted to talk again after 2 and a half months after the break up. I asked for a little chat 2 weeks ago and she agreed, expecting nothing, just to make the situation lighter. But as we started talking she understood how important I am for her, and decided to stay into contact to see what could be the best solution for both. I did this: I stated what I wanted, why I wanted her back, showed how I improved and learnt the lessons that led to the break up. I really improved a lot (also thanks to you). Now this is the situation: she said that she wants to be sure I am the one, but she stated that the things and actions which belonged to our past realtionship don't thrill her anymore, or at least she doesn't want to feel the pain of a so beautiful bound eventually broken. This morning we agreed on starting all over again, trying to fall in love once more, by treating us as complete strangers who just met. Do you suggest anything, like what is surely best to avoid, how not to be too overwhelming towards her, or banally just how to make her fall in love with me again? Thank you so much ♡

Don't you recognize an opportunity when you see one? :-) Your ex is opening the lines of communication which is a perfect opportunity for you to transition into phase two and there should be a balance.
