if your aim sucks, you're dying a lot and will go through decent ammo faster without shooting any of it and since you die a lot, you're poor and can't afford it...
In that case you're either running into cheaters, or you just have less situational awareness than the enemy and possibly bad positioning. Some of that just comes down to playing a lot to know the map well, know rotations and know where players tend to be, or where they might rotate in certain scenarios.
That's why he's using that ammo. I have sold better ammo to buy bunches of cheap BS and other types of ammo and just haul like 6 magazines with me with extra ammo in the butt pouch. Works for me! Or at least it did before I quit playing last fall lol, didn't have the time or pateince for the grind or the cheaters anymore.
The thing i do is carry a mag with shit ammo for scavs and another one with good ammo for pmcs. All you gotta do is change then according to need. Real good tactic if your aim sucks but u cant afford dumping stray rounds everywhere😅
Accuracy by volume is definitely a thing. Ammo choice is also important. Aiming for center mass with that ammo is not recommended, especially armored targets.
As a solo with over 1500 hours I can attest to the use of drum mags. If you can’t hit anything switch to 9mm SMG’s with drum mags. You’ll feel godly the first time you take a panic spray on a scavs legs and watch them fly out from underneath him 😂
@@freddiedavies6415 Dude replied to a year old comment that I made BEFORE the update he's talking about and then claims I had a skill issue. Logic doesn't go well with you does it?
Might consider using 7.62US rounds, they are cheap and reduce recoil by a lot. Makes sense to put 3-5 of them on top of the mag to reduce initial kick. If you don't mind wasting time, put 10 HP rounds at the bottom too.
So if you do get an opportunity to headshot someone it bounces off their helmet. What a stupid thought process that will most certainly get you killed. Never go into raid with the expectation to mag dump everything.
that works because currently, tarkov's recoil is configured basically opposite compared to most games, you become more accurate the more you shoot. If you could shoot an SA-58 for long enough it will eventually become a laser beam even if you remove all recoil mods from the gun
Reasons a lot of people are bad at shooting in this game: 1) using one of or the worst sights in the game. 2) Bullets, you can basically use a stick instead of a gun as long as it is shooting the BiS bullets, its easier to place 2 to the chest or 1 to the head rather then deal 440 flesh damage. 3) pre med before a fight, if you don’t know the map good enough to know where to expect it, dont let that bltch fall off. BTW all of those 3 factors are why the fight in the video took so long and was hella random
... I've just been getting free superformance slugs from scav runs and then using them in semi auto shotguns on my PMC. It works for me and doesn't break the bank too hard, thank god
It’s taken me way to long to realize doesn’t matter how good of ammo you bring in if you are trying to conserve it. Shoot 20-30 shots at a player, better than being on the menu again
People who say this tip forget that to have drum mags full of decent ammo you need to be good at the game already. It's like saying you have to have top tier armor to be really good at the game. Well yeah, but the only way you're getting that is by outgunning a high level player who managed to get some, outgunning scav bosses with literal hitscan or getting skilled to the point where you can afford it yourself. You can't be successful playing Tarkov with bad aim, you have to just learn from your experiences and get better gradually.
Over half these kids saying their aim sucks probably still have "enhanced pointer precision" still on in their windows mouse settings. And i'm not joking.
Big fuckin facts bro i switch to pc 5 years ago had no clue about this. Started playing tarkov and sucked. Found out about this a year later and became a head tapping maniac
Pro tip I am not a pro use better ammo for big. Good guns so you actually kill them with the bullets you hit also read a ammo chart it will help so much
My aim sucks because large portion of my gameplay is medieval games so there's no auto fire with a bow. so i prefer to use semi auto weapons. accuracy or quantity.
Don’t stay in the same spot every time it’s easier to lock into you if they know where you are. If you do move around they sometimes asume where you are and it takes even longer for them to find you
The trick with a drum mag is to always attack just run at the doorway when they unpeek, give them 2-4 seconds and just start firing at the corner while walking towards them (Also have a laser because your hip fire is actually more accurate with it) Don't ads And they will peek into bullets because of latency, the game hasn't told them that you are firing
im excited to try tarkov the firefights actually look decent, That guy peeked and slowly moved to the car for cover, he didnt come flying out bhopping and strafing/wiggling dodging every bullet and kill you like what would happen in bf4, You held the angle and were rewarded as it should be.
