I’m 31 years old now and I’ve been riding for 13 to 14 years now, but I can honestly say that ever since motovlogging has started, bikers have gotten dumber and dumber and dumber. Most of these incidents are the bikers faults. And then they have the audacity to blame someone else? 🤣😂 we, as a community, are now a joke.
Yeah it’s their fault a lot of the time, then they act like someone else is in the wrong. I know bad things and mistakes happen but that’s all the more reason to be seen and have good control of your bike..
Sometimes it's better to just calmly talk with people like that. The little kid acted like a dumbass, the old man acted like a dumbass, and the lady that involved herself acted like a dumbass. Too many videos on youtube of people getting murdered over mundane things like this has made me realize it's better to just let it go. Take the double execution video(that ended with the murderer killing him self after it was all said and done) over something as mundane as snow shoveling as an example. You never know how unhinged a complete stranger is.
i love how these large groups of riders get together, half of them on off road bikes or ATVs take up every lane including the oncoming lanes and act surprised and offended that people get pissed at them... granted that dude in the white SUV was wild but still.
came here to say just about the same. The guy in the SUV is crazy and he should not act the way he does, but at the same time the bikers take up the entire street. How about you just ride in 1 lane?
“How dare you do what I’m also doing?” is a stretch. He just wasn't expecting the car to also try and beat the light. Stop trying to see things that are not there, makes you look like a shmuck. ;)
5:10 Old man got a point. The law apply to anyone. And speeding knowingly that you are going way beyond the speed limit might be fun, still is against the law when you are yough.
@Allstahr allstahr doesn't take a mind reader to work out the poor bugger in the car just wants a bit of room to park, instead of just sitting there he could have done the courteous thing and just given him some space instead of riding right up his arse. You and him are lacking both common sense and common decency.
The way it should be, make a mistake, apologize for it, and move on with your day. But there are those who just have to prove their point, regardless of the drama.
while he shouldn't be riding like that, pedestrians are not law enforcement. the old man has no legal right to attempt to threaten the kids, intimidate, or anything else especially since its a child. he should have called the cops instead of trying to take matters into his own hands. And if he did jump out on the road like the kids say he is also at fault, just because somebody is speeding does not mean you should put yourself at further risk and jump into the road for the insane notion that they could hit you, youre only making it more likely they do
@@sketchybackroundkid civilians have a right to perform a citizen's arrest when they see a crime being committed. The kid showed and admitted to complete disregard for public safety in his own video. The old man did have the authority to detain him and tell the kid to call his parents immediately while he called the police because of how dumb the kid was behaving.
@@sketchybackroundkid Funny you say that. That the old guy has no right to intimidate someone. So tell me what is it most motorcyclists do in these videos? Oh right they intimidate and confront car drivers. Cause property damage by breaking peoples mirrors. Pot meet kettle. If you don't like it when some old dude does it. You should call out the same behavior when a biker does it.
@@XTheCrystalBeastGuyX citizens arrest is a very risky thing and is only for serious crimes, the old bastard commited worse crimes on camera than the ones he accuses the kid of commiting that can't be proven, he is the instigator of this situation and one of these days he will win a very stupid prize for the very stupid games he is playing.
@@NootNooot A Florida officer is speaking to him in Kilometers? This happened in the US. Also 115 KPH is around 70 mph, I doubt they would be this angry if he was only doing 115 KPH (looking at the road, this is 100% a highway)
@@K10wNs-Shed im pretty sure the ninja 400 tops out at 100 mph under ideal situations. The biker is at fault if he was speeding, but the cops were trippin too, especially the first one.
6:43 "I'm going to get my pistol", she said...Yea, this is not how "self defense" works lady. If she exited the situation and came back with a gun, depending on what she did, it would most likely end up with ADW (assault with a Deadly Weapon). New gun owners....you cannot exit a situation, get a gun and then come back to claim self defense. ..and this older guy was 100% in the right. Just like the 2 Wheel Taylor vid 2:00, you can't do illegal crap and then whine victim. Called 'Unclean Hands' legally.. Ride safe.
You're wrong here. You can absolutely leave the scene of a crime and return with a gun and use it. This is definitely true in AZ and every other state. For this situation, the woman isn't the one in danger, so she can leave, get a gun, and return to protect the child. If she just brandished it, then that would probably be reasonable force since the child is being assaulted by a large male and she's a small female. If she shot the man, then that would likely be unreasonable force unless the man aggressively came towards her. There's a lot to consider here, and ultimately the justice system will determine if your use of a gun was illegal.
@@barkerd427 so yelling at a kid = being assaulted huh. The kids parents did not even care enough to make sure he has a helmet on or riding legally. She could have called 911 with her phone rather than film it but bringing the cops into it would have been bad for her & the kid.
@@barkerd427 I made a blanket statement, and you are partly right. The issue with this specific situation I had, was that she clearly made a threat by saying she was going to get her gun. I see where you're coming from, as there was no battery or even assault committed (yet), so leaving a situation to get a gun "in case" you needed to defend yourself is fine. I don't think there's anything specifically in the law about leaving/returning a situation with a firearm...You might be right on the brandishing, as this was made legal some years ago "if you reasonably believe it will diffuse a situation". You said the kid was being "assaulted" by the older guy. I didn't hear any threats of violence from him, and walking towards someone would never hold up IMO (even though he was larger and pissed) in court. In a nutshell, here is why I said what I said. 1. She inserted herself into the situation (I don't think she was their mother) 2. No threats of violence were made by the older guy to either the kid or woman 3. She (I think a 'reasonable' jury might agree) appeared to make the threat to 'get her gun' for intimidation purposes. ---I think that if she went and got her gun after saying so, came back to see the old guy wailing on the child physically, then she'd be justified. Apart from that, the only possible crime I saw being committed in this video was her saying "I'm going to go get my pistol, right now." That could be (key word 'could') seen as an assault on her part. You're 100% correct w/ your last sentence. This is why there are lawyers and judges to interpret the application and also the intent of the law. Anything could happen in court, as it's NOT about "truth", but which side can tell the better convincing story. Stay safe..
@@barkerd427 False. There'd have to be proof beyond a reasonable doubt that someone's life was under imminent threat for her to use her firearm. Old man was unarmed and in no way a threat to the kid's life. He couldn't even get close to getting him even if he wanted to. Yelling is not the same thing as assault. Assault requires that the old man dealt harm to the kid. If she got a gun and pulled the trigger, she'd be facing felony charges.
In my state under Stand Your Ground it would be perfectly legal for her to exit the situation and return with a firearm, since the old man continued to act aggressively towards the child regardless of what was said. Continuing to intimidate the child and even threatening physical violence can be met with equivalent force by the woman in order to protect the child. It cannot be met with lethal or physical force unless the old man did the same thing to either of them. e.g. she can threaten lethal force if he physically assaults either of them, but cannot use lethal force if he is only speaking aggressively. Its a tough situation to interpret either way. None of them were acting right regardless of teh situation. Kid shouldn't be speeding on a quad, and the old man shouldn't be jumping in front of a speeding quad. The women shouldn't be acting aggressively either but should be attempting to diffuse the situation.
It wasn't gravel road those *farm roads* are probably better then the roads in Russia :D Also in the full clip i went over how this was a dumb mistake on my part and that there isn't anything wrong doing from the tractor he swerved like a boss 100% my fault i ride on these roads quite often also recently bought this new bike bad excuse to try and test it out on roads like this! lesson learned tho!

5:03 Old guy is right. It's all fun and games and 'nothing happened and it's just fun' until something does happen. The lady is enabling the dumb kids behavior too.
The issue is in how he chose to address it not what he was trying to address, ask yourself this, when was the last time anyone came at you about something in that manner that you thought "ahh yeah that's fair enough man sorry" no you're going to think their a fucking asshole and any validity to their statement is lost. If you get to that age and still have that little self control and ability to be diplomatic that shits on you.
@@stevejalsevac223 very true, however I still say self control is on you regardless of the circumstances. We've all seen the old dick heads that think they're the community police, if he had an issue, he should have called the cops to enforce the law. Not take the law into his untrained, emotionally unstable hands.
@@Jakesinmotion Some have a reason act like that, as some had seen people in horrific accidents that they really do not want to relive... The scare tactic is the only thing to get safety through to young generations heads, This youth has two options which is ether drive/ride safe and be able to have fun for the whole of their lives, OR be stuck in a wheelchair for the rest of their lives and never be able to ride again.
The old man was too aggressive, but he did have a point. Traffic laws are for everyone. You can't justify doing illegal stuff "because it's fun" of "because he's a kid", especially when you put yourself and others at danger.
@@mattelliottmusic Does that, mind his own fucking business also apply to bikers? You know because most of these videos are of self righteous bikers flipping out about other road users.
Big difference between a challenge for a fight and just chasing a kid around. Un written rules and all that. A lot of things changed, for example we heard the woman say she had her pistol, so the kid's probably a little more confident that gramps isn't going to pull a knife or anything stupid like that. By saying "you need to get hit" or what ever the old man said, he put himself in a lose lose lose situation. Either he walks away looking like a bitch (what he did), gets shot for pulling a weapon, or he hits a kid and probably goes to jail for it.
i love how 0:35 is legitimately going 90 MILES AN HOUR ON A NARROW FARM ROAD not big enough for two FARTS to go past each other, and is somehow surprised when another vehicle has the AUDACITY to be on it as well

@@ZauxieMoto Thanks bro. I'm more of a car and truck guy but I'm starting to like bikes more. Ducati makes some nice ones and the Ninja H2 is pretty cool. my dad got hit by a deer on a gravel road and another guy I know had a kayak fall on him from some car. I guess bikes are more dangerous than cars but that's the risk you take, and they can be more fun. Can't just wheelie your car lol. If you wanna like live on the edge, a bike is a great way to do that. riding in groups would be fun to. Hope I do that someday.
Those bikers were acting like clowns, no question - but that doesn't justify the SUV driver's actions. You can't endanger other's health and lives just because you have the right of way or you could go 5 mph more if those kids would go aside. Sure, those group rides are a nuisance but that is no excuse for reckless driving.
5:03 The old guy has a point.... you're on a road with a speed limit, and you almost hit a pedestrian. Being "kids" isn't an excuse. You purposely kept trying to push his buttons.. you make all bikers look bad. Further to that? What's with that less-than-responsible adult who's with them who keeps enabling their crappy behavior and telling them its ok to ride without a helmet?! I think the old guy had it wrong in one regard.... he needed to slap that so called responsible adult.

Crossing State lines with a cop on your tail going 115 mph?! Man, get a good lawyer and get ready for those fines and classes you're going to have to take.
These group rides are wild just let ur group hold one lane no need to hog all the lanes, At least the old guy said he may ruin it for everyone but he should've calmed tf down
I think it's crazy how lane splitters get pissed or this is made to look like they're not in the wrong somehow. I get that it's not illegal in some states, but the danger from other cars will increase when doing it. Just ride smart no matter the laws
This isn't true at all. Pretty much every study done on lane splitting has shown it is WAY safer for the biker in traffic under 50 MPH and the bike doesn't go over 15 faster than the traffic around them. It's way better to be side swiped or even to plow into the side of a car than it is to be hit from behind and into another vehicle. When you are on a bike, it's still pretty dangerous to just drop the thing, let alone have someone hit you from behind.
Its not legal in 49 states. California is the only state that is stupid enough to allow it. Great idea assuming everyone on the road does what theyre supposed to. These videos prove that most of the time that isnt the case.
Those large groups should require special permits from the city (parade permit) and riding in such groups without one should mean an automatic impounding of the vehicle and loss of license.
Large groups should be lawfully forced to travel in smaller pods of at most 6 riders while leaving at least one lane open for drivers to get around them. Any more than that should be an automatic citation.
For the Two Wheel Taylor clip at 1:05/1:06, if I was there, I would have pressed the lock button on the driver's door before closing it 😈Muhahaha...mine is an evil laugh 😛🤭
Big group of bikers take over the road, completely ignoring traffic laws, getting pissed when a car does anything similar, and then wonder why everyone else hates bikers.

2 wheel taylor, no one is in the right here, u guys shouldnt be riding like that cuz i bet those atvs aint street legal and yall driving recklessly. the suv wasnt in the right either for trying to hit u guys. Both are in the wrong
Bro no one said we were following street laws, we don't get on bikes to get told how to ride. If that bothers ya then just move on. You're not changing anyone's mind about how we ride.
Giving a stern verbal smackdown on a young kid for doing something silly and dangerous, makes him old and stupid! Good parenting mum! Great role model these kids are going to be just great citizens.
Honestly the old man was kinda right tho kids really shouldn't be spending on the road I'm not saying the actions of the guy was right approaching the kid like that but the kid shouldn't be speeding like that
Even if he the premise he started off with was right (we realistically don't know) attacking a child because they're being reckless is far from okay. If we assume the kid was speeding in the road and the cops came the kid would get a slap on the wrist or a relatively small fine, and the old guy would be arrested for assaulting a minor. To clarify, assault is the imminent threat of violence not the actual violence, so even if the old guy never touched the kid the clear indication that he was about to would have him guilty of assault.
@@XiuHang Not to mention the old hag would be charged with battery against a minor for taking his keys, not letting him leave, and constantly aggressing towards him.
