I'm SO GLAD the Vegan Body Building group on Facebook introduced me to your page... I'm trying to go vegan for body building- GOAL-- competition by next March/May !
Love this content, thank you for the reminder on how to be "intuitive" even though you're tracking--every day is different and it's so important to stay flexible within that range. THANK YOU!
This is great that you listen to your body and dont always go for the pre workout. I am very carb focused I eat a lot of fruit especially during the day like big smoothies (I have digestive issues it just works best for me), and I never use pre workout except very rare. I get anxious easily from stimulants so I really try and avoid.
It's very tricky! Maybe you can use pea protein flour and another gluten protein flour to make a gf protein loaf. I'm experimenting on my end as well... It just doesn't compare, but I'm hopeful I will nail it...lol
Thank you for showing your food/condiments you use, ive been a vegan for a few years its been hard finding foods thats taste good, lovely positive video as always.
I always watch a few of your videos before I go to the grocery store lol. Thanks! Would you put the foods in the description on them? Sometimes I see them but sometimes I don't. It makes it a lot easier to just take a picture of the recipe to have for later instead of writing it down! (:
Omg...just had the seitan and kale for dinner...so good! Thank you for these kinds of videos, they are so helpful! Appreciate your mix of fresh and prepared foods....real life solutions!
Thanks for the video - I'm just getting into PB body building (WBFF) but I'm so new to tracking and have only ever eaten intuitively. It's good to know what to eat thats vegan and also suitable for building your physique!
Thank you for going over your favorite condiments! I just placed an Amazon order for several of them. Amazon now sells Trader Joe’s products too!!! How awesome.
Loved this Natalie! Thanks for all the useful ideas, so helpful! Also, that TJs Carolina Gold bbq sauce is soooo sooo dangerous and I, shamefully, cant help but put it on nearly everything! Absolutely will try with the seitan!
I really enjoy your content. My stomach is pretty sensitive to a lot of foods. Did your body have to adapt to your vegan lifestyle? I would really like to go without meat but find it difficult due to sensitivities. Also love that your gym is thriving! God bless and much love! ♥️
Thank you! I went vegan about 10 years ago...My transition to a vegan lifestyle happened very slow, I didn't really have any issues. Take it at your own pace.
It takes time for your gut micro biome to adjust to the increase in fibre. For some folks a few weeks of bloating, gas etc for others it can take a few months. Maybe taking it gradually would work for you. One or two vegan days per week and slowly increasing over time.
I need more days like that… More protein and awesome workouts! Love the dish with the crumbles, so I plan to recreate it for dinner. Thanks Natalie for another good one!
I love your videos! Thank you for always sharing your progress with us! I can definitely see that you've packed on muscle in your improvement season 💪🏽👊🏽
I love your videos and I am not personally a Vegan but I admire you a lot. My question is about the quality of protein. I have heard people like Layne Norton discuss that different proteins have better/worse quality/absorption rates and most Vegan proteins are roughly half the quality of most animal proteins. Do you double your protein goals to get the same muscle protein synthesis as an athlete eating animal protein? And why/why not? Thank you!!
Hi, new to your channel shout out to Candice McCool for sending me your way as I dont eat meat so I needed a different idea for meals. Definitely starting this journey fresh with way to much weight and no idea on form, But here I go..
Another great video as always. What chalk are you using when doing chin ups? I'm doing a 100 pullups a day for 100 days challenge and my hands are getting callous and dry.
I enjoy your videos your stories and your interactions with George…one day I hope you actually change your minds and have children…You would be great parents…you are both so sweet.
@@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef thanks! I actually just checked with Liv Body directly. They indicated they are GMO-free, which is great. But not USDA certified organic. They just replied that they are “natural,” which is just a marketing term. It has no legal definition.
