Interesting catch of the blue salmon - I caught one in Mandurah decades ago - and then it was the furthest south one was recorded - so now theyre in the Dunsborough region!!
Dunsborough is NORTH of Margaret River not SOUTH and if you had of gone south of margaret river you could of gone to Redgate where the fishing is way better.
I thought local WA rules say only 3 hooks to a line. And a gang hook was classed as individual hooks still. Not 100% sure on this but just saying. It's like the little fly jigs for bait that are sold at the shops, supposed to cut them down to just 3 hooks.
WA's finest species is NOT tailor and Herring. Need to lift your game mate , there's local guys pumping out much better content than you have uploaded in the last year :(
