Hey mate I’m actually a local in this area and I’m always catching those draughtboard sharks or swell sharks, wondering if they taste any good? I’ve always thrown them back.
Pretty much the same filleting as a gummy shark or elephant fish man, make sure to bleed them. I tried both grilled with herbs and a bit of lemon, and also crumbed and they were both nice!
ifishtv ahh, could be the issue. I'm assuming you are advised by locals, maybe they weren't across the latest rules. I think it's been in place for about 5 years. Everyone must wear a PFD on any vessel under 6 mtrs when the boat is under power. 12 years and under must have them on at all times. Inflatable PFDs for 12 years and over only. They are some of the toughest rules in the country but I think we have some of the most dangerous seas as well :/
i used to love this show a few years back religiously but now cannot watch it. That kid is so annoying. I get the whole father son thing but F me. Perfect way to ruin a perfectly good show.
