Hi there. I use ForeFlight. It’s only been available in Australia for a year or so but I really like it. Very popular overseas.

Nice flight Steve! Really enjoyed it. On the way back from Mudgee, I find via BTH-REVKI-DARGI makes a CTA descent clearance more likely. A few more track miles though.

Thanks! Yes agreed, the FPL is to “join V599, expect DARGI Y20 BK”. I was taking a short cut!

I was only hiring the baron. The DA62 I own. Both are amazing aircraft!

Why is the word g’day used in the American sense of ‘goodbye’ in ATC in Australia where it means the exact opposite of that?
