Pls sir the addition of the capital balance and the interest for 2019 is 15, 837,250 not 17, 277, 000

on the lease schedule, i think the advance payment was made 1n 2018, I want to know why there will be no payment in 2019.

According to some lectures instalment is deducted from year 1. Please letme know. Im confused
