Nice building. But maintenance and upkeeping could be a problem like cleaning, changing light bulbs, painting, fixing leaky roofs, etc. Hopefully, he can employ an army of servants. And, as you get older, climbing those stairs could be a hassle.

Look around and you will see a lot of abandoned mega structures, especially those owned by celebrities and drug lords. As we the Igbos celebrate and display our new mansions and flashy imported cars in our villages, let us remember that the richest black man on earth, and owner of one of the largest petrochemical refineries in the world is from Kano. And that there are more public and private universities in Ogun and Lagos states than in all of Igboland. Good schools, hospitals, and large economically viable industries needed in Ala-Igbo.

Seplat energy owned by ABC Orjiakor is getting ready to open a 1 billion dollar gas plant in imo state. Atlas Oranto petroleum is getting ready to invest around 6 billion dollars to increase the output of one of his oilfields from 15,000 barrels a day to 100,000 barrels a day. It's not only Dangote that is making waves in Nigeria.
