Don't get me wrong i enjoyed the video, but can't stop thinking what's the point of sweating events by squeezing as many handtraps as possible. Like, at that point it's just like playing ranked...
Underworld Goddess & Sphere mode, no Called by to deal with Danmari and no Maxx C giving half deck to opponent... Funny enough, Kaiju isn't the end of the world to a well prepared @.i board... That joke of turbo Gamaciel is getting old at this point
@@Jyxero the point is that @ignister can't effectively recuperate its material in a single turn, and most of the time, their interaction is enabled by a high level link monster. even so, there are plenty of outs to a towers because of the problems with apaqliphort towers, Konami has designed into the game ways to out them. It's a funny concept and makes for some good 'meta player cry's salty tears' replays, but when cards like the snake eyes are around who can amass such an absurd amount of resource generation to be able to climb in to any of the numerous outs in the extra goddess, avramax, ect. the problem is for @ignister that Yugioh now has such accessible outs to nearly situation in the extra deck, where every deck can out it. the link 3 BLS was hyped because some decks like Eldlich, for example, had no outs to it on paper, but they make a Skypalace Gangaridai and just walk over it. It's just a fundamentally flawed deck and doesn't have a place in the modern metagame because it's not 2013 anymore. It's a fun deck for sure, but try to top a regional with @ignister during crooked cook format.
