Yeah I’m almost 32 weeks pregnant & I still have constipation problems. When I really need to go, I just drink alot of water and eat alot of fruit until I can go. It always works every time, because fruits contain high fiber.

My Dr. just would say drink water, I need to drink water even tho I felt like I was drinking lots of water but I was also working and when I would drink too much water, I would be back and forth to the restroom peeing every 20 minutes LOL!
