You know I enjoy all of your videos for years now. You guys have a great time whenever you guys get together. It was good seeing your daddy and Rhett. Rhett is growing so big. I have learned that tough meats do better when braised and slowly cooked in a liquid base stock , broth, or coconut milk.

We here in Guam have a similar dish with chicken and coconut milk, cut up some onions and tomatoes and taro, salt and pepper. you could also add corn. Over a bed of rice. 👍🏽❤️Very good.
i went to Puerto Rico to go check on my mom's house out there after Hurricane Maria (no issues there). I wanted to go see the iguanas that were supposedly exploding there. I got excited when I saw a dead one on the road, a little 2 footer. My mom said that's nothing, she had bigger ones than that behind the house (she bordered a natural preserve). When I got home and went out back, there were like a dozen 6 footers in the trees! Monsters! It was like Jurassic Park. 😂
They are night hawks and I believe endangered here in the states. Yes has a nest close by. In the evening you can here them hunting in the sky. They have a very distinct whistle I call it.
