@@krish91221 in powercenter u can not do this much of paramterion like dynamic mapping task , there only paramter u can do if source has same structure then given source name in parameter file . iics is far advanced

anyway i am going to launch powercenter series this week , thats why becoz i know every comapny wants ppl to know powercenter idq and iics all three nowdays

source or target , you can only create some target files using column values by passing expression . you may use them as source for other jobs .

@@ETLSTATION I'm trying to create a dq framework using aggregator and I'll pick up table names from control tables/metadata register then put them under threshold checks. There is a column in this control table called table name , is there a way I can use it to create a source dynamically and execute the dq checks? Thanks for replying though

@@nxashraf7266 that depends on your project and requirement , if you watch all my video then u will come to know , examples are trim functions , datatype conversion functions like to_char ,to_integer, to_date etc

Hi Anil , in this video its kind of real time only . the only difference would be instead of 3 tables , it could be 50 tables or 100 tables which you have to define using jobs then group them accordingly to run in sequence . concept is same . all dependent tables should run after main table . for example : if employee table has a key called emp id which is foreign key for child table like employee adress , employee city , department, sales etc , then employee table should be group 1 and all child tables should be loaded in group2 , they all can run parallel because employee table is already completed.
