Thanks for showing historic downtown Plano, I'm planning a move there and love that you showed the Farmer's Market - it's awesome! Considering one of the apartments adjacent, love the feel of the place, very comfortable. I don't have a car so walkability is key for me and downtown Plano is sooo walkable. And easy access to DART if needed!
We live in NJ and starting to think about Plano or Dallas. Have to work on getting my kids to go as well. Great video. Will keep your name saved in my contacts
I’m currently a construction management student at Colorado State and I stumbled across this channel recently… Dallas looks pretty sweet, might consider it for the future.
I was just at 1418 on Thursday! I moved to Dallas on April 28th and it was my first time in downtown Plano even though I spent the first two weeks of my stay at a hotel in west Plano. I am LOVING Dallas!!! I started watching your videos a couple of years ago when I was starting my research about moving here. Thank you for the content!😊
Greetings to you Levi !! 🤠 😊 How are You.... But feeling stronger towards Plano. Perhaps you can assist me when i come to visit in August......(And i will looking to Rent at this time) Cheers!!!
Hello! My husband and I have been watching your videos lately. We currently live in Vancouver, WA and are considering moving to the Plano/Mckinney area. His office moved their headquarters down in Plano so we plan on checking it out in November. We have a toddler so safe, family friendly, excellent schools, things to do is key for our family. We may contact you if we love it and can see our growing family living there! His friends that moved from Vancouver, WA down to Plano/Mckinney just love it! I would love to live in a vintage home that has modern touches in the inside. Here in Vancouver, WA they are about $800 to a million, do you have any suggestions where we can look for a home like in around $600? I’d love to check out that area when we come down, thank you so much!
I know it might not be as important to a lot of Dallas and suburb people but would love a focused video on DART and the neighborhoods within walking distance from different station. It’s actually cool and unique in Texas that you could go from that area in Plano, down the DART to North Park or Downtown or even all way way to DFW Airport.
@@LIVINGINDALLAS live in Forney but trying to get out in the next year. Most likely moving into Dallas but want to be either downtown or close enough to the DART line to get to downtown easily.
Hi Levi! You should check out my family’s restaurant in downtown Plano The Fish Shack 700 E 15th St, Plano, TX 75074 I live in San Diego but hoping to move back to Dallas soon! 🤠
Thank you for your video, it made me regain some confidence in the United States. I am a senior scientific researcher from China who is going to chase the American dream. The video on youtube about the high crime rate in California makes me hesitate and lose confidence .
Hi Levi Yes our plans won’t be until 2025 from Colorado We were thinking Frisco area Need single story approximately 3000 sq ft new do not want to remodel Will be paying cash and budget is 900,000

@@LIVINGINDALLAS I saw how good the schools were and did my research. Im not as fond as I was. I do like the Art and creativity in Dallas as well as the business opporunities, the History, the homey feeling of the city. I am looking at another city in Texas as a possible better fit though. The biggest concern I have is over the weather in Dallas as well as the direction the leaders in Dallas are going in. Currently where I live at the direction our leaders are going in concern the Hell out of me so I want to move.
And plan to move to Plano, TX, where my Sister lives and should be retiring soon after. We are going to make pies and preserves...I cannot wait. God willing, right??
@@IndyBuckeye0 Thanks for sharing! It’s awesome that you’re considering all the factors, from schools to the city vibe, as well as weather and leadership. If you check out other cities in Texas and need any info or advice, just let me know. We might be able to help you narrow things down!
Watching from zürich Switzerland! nice video! intrestin g to see the difference to european cities and life, It seems like a "normal" nice american city, quite different and way more inviting than in the news or movies!
Hi, My name is Maureen, I'm a Kenyan and I'll be relocating to America in the next 2 months specifically plano😂, it's always been my dream to come to America and it's finally coming true, do you have any email for contacting?
I'm from South Carolina but living in Orlando fl for work right now for Disney. It's my first time watching your video content. I just looking for a nice reasonable place for my friend who's planning to move to Dallas and just wondering if Plano Texas is part of Dallas?
Grew up on the ridge of Richardson and Plano, on Sherrill Park Golf Coarse, from 1988(born) - 2006(graduated PESH during the “cheese heroin” epidemic) then finally moved away in late 20teens, Ask me anything…
How’s the scenery here aside from oak point park? I love nature and the outdoors. Is Plano a good area for that? If not, are there areas close to Plano to enjoy the outdoors? Thanks
There’s Arbor Hills on the west side for another large park. There are a lot of linear parks along the creeks and streams, as well as under the high voltage transmission lines. There are few trees along the paths by the power lines, obviously, but the paths along water are more tree-lined. But, most of the travels will be on the major 6 lane roads passing brick-walled subdivisions, apartments, churches, shopping or offices with big parking lots. For a town with significant population in single family homes, it’s still relatively dense.
Check : Arbor Hills Nature Preserve offers hiking and biking, along with nearby attractions such as Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area (LLELA) and the Heard Natural Science Museum in McKinney.
I've lived in plano for 25 years in my house next to MCPL. I'm 26 now. 100% not worth it. Total dump everyone just beefs and wants to race. Try NW Arkansas
