1. Admission to CSA for MTech through GATE, for PhD through GATE, other sources followed by written tests and interviews. 2. There is no undergraduation programmer in CSA 3. You can go and take some courses from CSA department

For ME , gate rank - needs high rank. For MSc , gate rank plus interview. I hope this didn't changed in last ten years.

See, given time and resources, anyone can gain the subject if prepared properly. There are many people who are not from CSA IISc still become rockstars in the subject. What IISc gives is a quick exposure to the world, an immense research environment with high involvements of students and faculty. Landing in this area, will groom ourselves into the best of us even if have a little motivation to become better.

Median Package is 30 LPA and above. Lowest is around 10-15 LPA maybe. Definitely better than IIT Bombay.

Nope, it's a master's course

IISc in Bangalore. Bangalore has a cool weather. The maximum temperature in summer was 31 degrees. I don't think we need AC. Weather is cool and pleasant.

To phir chale jao bade kisi private college mei jahan dikhawa jyada result Kam milta hai. Waise bhi IISc mei padhne ke liye aukat ki zaroorat hai jo har kisi ke pass nhi rehta. 😂😂
