I am answering your questions just on basis of whether you will be able to get time or not for preparation purpose. As per my knowledge there are many students in structural engineering stream are preparing for different exam so if you will be able to maintain a good routine then definitely you can prepare for any exam here but it will totally depend on your time management. But if you are also interested on other factor like placement, internship e.t.c then I will suggest you to compare different college data before coming to any conclusion.

1st of all come here for your candidature confirmation otherwise ur candidature will not be processed for further admission process of IIT BHU gilrs hostel ya boys hostel dono m 3 seater hai 1st year but room thik hai. Aur obviously jaisa room chaho waisa mil jayega stay k liye.. Actually I don't have idea about exact score for that I will suggest you to get some connections (who are pursuing m.tech from this stream ) either from social media sites or LinkedIn they will give you idea about exact rank on which last year admission was got closed.

Yar it's totally subjective matter and depends upon ur interest...how much you are interested to do m.tech.whether you will be able to handle vlsi or not...but vlsi is obviously one of the good branch for present time.

If I talk about this year then every branch placement has suffered a lot in all the iit but vlsi branch is one which have not suffered here and many of them have got best quality company offer but definitely one year data is not sufficient and also definitely don't rely on single factor or video...do your complete analysis through different students from different colleges so that you can evaluate in better way...and also it should be your decision so do analysis in diverse way on ur own...only two vlsi students are unplaced till now from this session branch

And presently I can't give you exact data about score cutoff but don't worry I will cover this session with vlsi students very soon...you should apply for all the clg doesn't matter bcz noone exactly know what will happen specially in spot round

i will not say ki best hai but thik hai... placement depends upon your preparation yeah you will get good amount of opportunities to get placed but core opportunities are less but if you will prepare seriously then you will core also...so i will suggest based on your gate score , to compare different colleges placement data.

But the colleges mostly didn't upload placement percentage branchwise in their sites for MTech. Most data available is for BTech. Do you have any info on whats the average placement percentage in Mechanical Departments doing MTech please? Really appreciate your guidance.
