If you are getting pilani then you should definitely take it because you will be at new place,meet more higher qualified pier group but if you are not getting at pilani then Hyderabad is also not bad
I was in the same situation till yesterday, with my bitsat score I can get Pilani or Hyd CS, but I made the decision... I chose Hyd CS as 1st priority.

1) 0% attendance policy is a scam 2) Because of No reservation , the environment in very competitive you will get up getting a low cgpa 3) Worst college life I had in 1st sem 6-7hrs daily class + 3weeky assignments + 5-6 weekly quizzes Life became more like a hell Best thing in bits is that if ur section's teacher is not good, you can attend other's section ( like Rancho 😆) because of 0% attendance.

Just solve questions after each and every chapter Keep revising daily Dont forget previous chapters NCERT Lots of practice and speed BITSAT does not consist of hard questions but it consists of easier but there are 150 questions and you need tremendous amount of speed .. so practice a lot of tests when the exam is approaching Thats all you need
Absolutely correct... Even i say that IITs( older ones) are better than BITS, but it finally depends upon a person's discretion where he wants to go based upon the branch he is getting and other factors i have discussed

Sir, I want to do MTech in CS from one of the premier institute of India. In which way BITS is better and not batter compared to NITs and IIITs ? And is it guaranteed that student can change brach from (let say EEE) to CSE? Which other factors could affect that branch change procedures? And also, How much seats are for GATE based students and BITS exam based students individually ?
I want to take electronics department, which is available in both BITS and IIT. And a another branch is there which I want to take for which I should be B.E. or B. Tech., which is only available in IIT and not in BITS. So I am confused whether to take BITS or IIT. Please guide me.
To score 350+ in BITSAT is relatively easier....you just need to have a strong hold on NCERT in chemistry, and the Formulae and concepts in maths and physics respectively. In Maths, try to complete RDS Objective Questions ( in subjective book ) as soon as you can...and in physics, kindly practice HCV Solved Examples. Even to score 99 percentile in JEE mains, you must have to do these things properly

I am in 10th std currently and my plan is to prepare IIT JEE from class 11th and then if I get the Best IIT for Computer Science then I will choose that and if not I will prepare for BITSAT (as the syllabus is the same I will revise) and try my best to score more so coming back to my question -- If I prepare for IIT JEE is it necessary to study separately for the 12th Board and study separately for BITSAT?? And can I get a good rank for CS Branch in IIT if I prepare for 2 years and study 10 hours daily? And if I didn't get IIT can I get Bits from the preparation of JEE Main easily? Please reply and help I am so confused before it gets too late!!
Hello Bhaiya I have one doubt that I began my iit jee advanced preparation just from 11th class end. (from December 2019) and I am a 2021 jee aspirant so can I still get cse under top IITs. I began my preparation quite late so can I do this all under 1 year.
There is a video in which I interviewed AIR 20 of JEE Adv...he was also the same case....wasted all his 11th playing mobile games...but worked really hard in class 12th... studied even for 13-14 hours a day...and made it to IIT B CSE....if he can, then you also can do it

Bhaiya as like you I saw many of the students who have good score and rank in mains or advance that students have good marks in bitsat but are there any students who have not so good marks in mains or advance but they still have good score in bitsat ? I think my preparation is not enough for main but I am nicely preparing for bitsat so is it possible that I should only focus on bits over jee and can score good marks in bitsat?
iits and nits are much better for those who belongs from average or below average families these institutes provides equal opportunity for every class of people, and nowadays people from reserved category can achieve success without reservation but starting line should be same. i can see your discrimination clearly because you are not aware from every aspects of society.

Friend actually such Questions are there after the exams are done and te counseling season starts...so please don't mind, I can answer you right now also, but would be good if you first focus completely on your preparation and once you are eligible to come to BITS or go to any NIT then enquire... moreover, you will get detailed videos on such topics during the counselling process

Bro please follow the books which i have suggested cos they are an easier way to reach to your goal, be it any score. There's no magic trick or big secret behind it. You will have to put in a lot of efforts because you might not have studied much till now, due to which you have got less percentile...but, believe me, put all your energy and strength into it from now onwards and you will surely crack BITSAT with a great score
Bhai bas apne chapters divide krle Jinme tumko lagta hai ki enko krloge intrest leker... Physical chemistry me bina mole concept ke mat badhna... Baki maths me 1 concept seekho toh 30 question usi din laga dalo... Kam se kam Physics me HCV krlo ass kam time hai patli book hai... NCERT for chemistry... Mai bhi weak hu But trying to improve from 91.998 percentile to 99+ . Bitsat me fees bahut hai esliye mai waha ka fees nahi afford krr paunga... But don't know what it is in actual only heard gossips of my friends.... Keep study on meet u in April
Not getting IIT is not the end of life all the students dream is to get in to any one of the iit but the reality is that bit, Nits and many other good universities are better iit

Try to cover the remaining topics too...you will get a very good score...BITSAT is all about completing the syllabus for there's atleast one question from almost each and every topic...so cover your remaining topics (even learning the formuale, reading theory and practising a little will suffice) the and revise them before your exam

Yeah Bits pilani is very good for UG mechanical engineering because it is the 6th best engineering college in India except the top 5 IIT.The only colleges which are better than bits pilani are the top 5 IITs

I got above 60% in each subject but I 74.6% aggregate in PCM (Only 1 mark less! ).Would I get admission to BITS Pilani if I clear bitsat? Could 74.6% be rounded off to 75%?

Hello Nakul very good to listen this video from you.My son got 291 marks this year 2021. What should he do join pilani with mechanical/chemical or any circuital brand in GOA OR HYD campus. I m also 1994 batch from HBTU KANPUR and yours point is very much same to ours wrt IIT VS BITS particular on reservation point .At this juncture ADVANCE is yet to be held while JEEMAIN also very competitive due to reservation. Inspite 98.5 percentile till attempts we are not sure about final CRL after all attempt.Now at this point I am more hopeful for BITS admission at this score.But dilemma is whether mech at pilani /Goa or circuital at GOA/HYD Please give you vision being in Pilani campus.I do agree that branch doesn't matter once you choose higher studies further.

Firstly, Bitsat and JEE Mains are very different from each other. Secondly, for bitsat you need to do the NCERTs of different subjects. Moreover, I am soon releasing a time table for you all which you can follow for the following 4 months in order to score well in BITSAT...it will be out by this Sunday
I think your first priority must be jee mains because if you could not get a NIT then there many best engineering colleges such as Thapar university etc but bitsat is only for getting admission in Bits Pilani(all three campuses)..So I think your first priority should be jee mains..Thanks....
