I use this device daily for streaming with my Samsung smartphone. I have a problem with fast-discharging AA batteries. Can I power this device with a 3.7V Lithium Ion battery instead of the original 3V battery?

Hey there. I have not noticed that before so I went back to test it. You are right there is some wiggle to it, however its wiggle between the Housing and the Socket. The Socket itself fits perfectly with the cable.

Please specify the setup so that real time voice monitoring can be done with zero latency. If I need to buy any other equipment for this, please also mention it.
can a live reporter in the field (calling the radiostudio) use this with his Rode Reporter microphone? We do not want recording on the smartphone, we only want to use it for realtime reports and live broadcasting on the station.

One of the rare videos I have watched from start to end. Does it connect to a windows laptop. I have narrowed it down to irig pre 2 and zoom u22 and ability to connect to my laptop would be an important consideration.
The iRig can connect to any device that has a headphone/mic jack. If you are looking for a Audio interface that connects to a PC using USB this is not the right device for you.
