Ikea Barlast light installation might seem like an intimidating task, it is rather straightforward.
NOTE: Electricity is dangerous! Do NOT attempt to install any electrical equipment if you don't have an understanding how electricity works. Always make sure the power is off before connecting wires. If you are able to do it, check with Mains Tester if the voltage is off. Never touch any metal parts of the wires. Be sure to turn off the light’s wall switches off as well.
Ikea Barlast light is really affordable so you will be able to add lighting to your bathroom without emptying your wallet. I have installed it on the ceiling, but it will look good on the wall as well. It spreads an even light that illuminates the whole room, but because it's not very big if you don't plan to add additional lighting, it will work better in smaller bathrooms.
