Spent the day snorkeling on Ikei Island approx. 45 minutes from Kadena, AFB. June 2020.
Excellent place for snorkeling specifically, for both adults as well as kids. No net, but great sea life and snorkeling opportunities with depth variability. Many of the beaches on Ikei island close at 1700, so it is important to get there early.
