Hey! i'm happy i found your channel! SUBBED. i have a Question; i'm looking for a pair of IEMs to use mainly with a digital piano. which do you recommend in the price range of around $100-200 ? i was considering the er2xr then realized there's no way i can handle the ergonomics. i'm honestly about to pull the trigger and order the Fiio FH3 or meybe the Ikko OH10 but having second thoughts and which will actually sound great with piano/rhodes specifically.. is there a better alternative with good imaging, detail and a wide soundstage that still has nice bass, though puts more focus on the midrange while not having sharp/sibilant trebble? (I legit feel quite uncomfortable every time playing higher notes on my piano (a pretty high quality Yamaha Clavinova). For an idea, some musicians i listen to regularly: Vulfpeck, Scary Pockets, Rudy Mancuso, FKJ, Hollow Coves, DOMI & JD Beck, piano covers and bass covers...
Great video 👍🏽. I'm in the market for a new pair of full size headphones and need some advice please. My music taste are hip hop, Dubstep, drum and bass, etc. I already own a pair of fiio fh7 and v-moda crossfade 100, I've seen the meze neo are recommended but do have any other suggestions on improving on the v-moda. Thanks
Hi I have question, I currently have Sennheiser ie300,is it ikko oh10 bass are more deep than sennheiser ie300?is it worth for me to buy ikko oh10? Thanks
I found the OH10 to be hard to listen to for long periods due to how busy it sounded with silicon tips. It felt like it was hard to take in everything, and even felt sibilant at times. Moving to foams I found them far more palatable, but I prefer the tuning of the Tanchjim Hana (a similarly priced competitor), which has more breathing room in the upper regions, and tight but less exaggerated bass with more breathing room for the mids. I would say the OH10 is better for me tonally though. So it's a toss up between the two depending on what I feel like on the day if I'm listening to a single DD IEM at this price level.
The description of those IEM's sounds like my worst nightmare. Too muck muddy bass, weak to no upper midrange. Well, I guess some crazy bassheads could appreciate their interpretation of music. Clearly not me.
@@mattialemboluscari8774 Just everybody that wants to hear music (not just bass noise) the way it was ment to be. But if you like overemphasized bass and no mids...enjoy your EDM.
How airy and big of a soundstage is this iem? I have the aria and T3+ and for me they have an above average soundstage compared to other cheapfi iem I owned in the past when I first started. I’m planning for a step up for my arias and T3+. Do you think the OH10 is a big upgrade to them especially when it comes to soundstage?
Definitely an upgrade. I owned Aria and happy with the performance of OH10. Biggest problem is how to fit it in your ear and eartip rolling did the job well.
