@@princessgeorlin5938 I understand that their hiatus was a bit too long, but it can't be helped most especially when IKON's former leader was being attacked by the media just like how Seungri was being accused of. My annoyance and disgust is only focused on that fame hungry CEO whom I really don't like his aura. There's something in him that makes me think that he is involved in destroying Seungri and Hanbin's image/reputation in the music industry.

Not a company stan at all, but I doubt any businessman would intentionally destroy an image of the main producer of one of their biggest bg moneymakers. I'm with you tho on that I hate how it all happened. YG artists have always been a media target because they're not your typical "idols are perfect, can do no wrong" image. I'm still very salty about it, but I hope we can support iKON as 6 nonetheless

When international fans are always complaining that yg don't protect his artist but Knets always always blame him for defending his artists. From 2016 he was covering up bi scandals, atlast yg and staffs were accused and investigated for protecting his artists. And as you said K media have a special interest over yg artists. Its not a new thing, I am a K-pop fan for more than 10 years now, but I have never seen any agency or artists being attacked like they does to yge and its artists.

A lot of idol variety focuses on arguing, making laughters and being too loud. iKON stick to their own identity and just go chill talks. Its good too. They attained this level of personality and growth.. I will watch this because its iKON and a new side of them every episode will be revealed. Since its Kony's Entertainment Test, can iKON Team create one episode like Amazing Saturday, Sea of Hope, 2 days 1 night best friend special, or Master in the House where they visit someone who is considered a master in a certain field. I do believe in iKON and they are all skillful with great personalities. They just need to be given chances to do things. The teaser shows a running man style, hoping runningman invites them. I just wish and pray that IKON will be great and successful again. They are all skilled and talented group. Most of all, I am drawn to their personalities and solid relationship as a team and as brothers. They have the swag and hip hop vibe yet gentle and shy .. I remember Jinan in episode 1 of iKON TV was busy taking selfies and seemed not really excited and cooperated. But now look at our fairy being the hyung who takes care and control these kiddos.. Just how fast the time flies..

Something I'm most grateful for YG is unlike other companies, they didn't made Bobby pull out from the group projects and activities. He might not be as active as the other members, but we all know that's because Bobby prolly want to be there for their baby. We all know that's he wants to be a great dad.
Some credits should be given to iKONICs too. Other fandoms, a small portion of them, go as far as to bash and petition for the member who has baby to leave the group and even protest outside the company. Big fandoms' small, entitled and deluded portion of them does embarassing sh*ts like that and drag their fandom's name unfortunately. But iKONICs are delighted and congratulated Bobby when he announced his family. Very respectable behavior. YGE acts like "huh? Our artist? Is dating? Well good for them, tf that do with us?" whenever one of their artist is reported to be dating which totally bamboozles people who are not familiar with YGE's way of handling dating scandals. They are like "whaat? YG! This is the artist under you, shouldn't you be clarifying things to us about it?" But no. If the artist themselves want nothing to be said about their private life then tough luck, you ain't gonna get a lick from YGE. So i think it's because YGE has always been very strict with public about their "our artists' private lives are not your business, in fact not even our business" statement for years that the fans of YG's groups have developed very positive attitudes regarding "dating scandals". YGE would never consider dating as scandal and let their artist having and enjoying their private life be hindrance to that artist's activities and likewise the fans would always be supportive of that too. So it's really both company and fans' joint effort.

The guys joking about survival shows is soooo adorable. iKON had 1 more than other yg groups and two by choice ( kingdom and smtm) They are the best survival group out there. To challenge yourself and compete says allot about their strive to hone skills and get the best out of themselves. The hardship the guys went trough is what got them here. YG and KPOP most versatile and strong group who aren't afraid to challenge themselves and others. Proud ikonic since day1!

Old groups coming back feels so refreshing. I just checked on YG groups after watching the YG reunion video. I hope this year would be a great year for YG groups.
This episode really brings back memories of the past! Ppuyo being the idea bank, Yunyheong is the genius, Chanwoo silently suffering from second hand embarrassment and being cute yet competitive, Ju-ne dying of laughter and Bobby literally rolling on the floor laughing and being their biggest cheerleader
I watched this multiple times already since release and I'm still laughing at Chanu being mad at his hyungs especially in the first test 🤣 Chanu the maknae on top 🤣

I'm glad that Jinhwan, Bobby, Junhoe, Yunyheong, Chanwoo, and Donghyuk are back in doing variety show. It's always fun to watch them. I hope in the next episodes, the runtime will be longer. It would be nice if we can also see them acting together.
I miss iKON so much! So happy for the self-made content :-) honestly I’d be happy to see them comfortable and resting somewhere, like Jeju Island or in a comfy home in the woods. I’d love to see them cook or do their hobbies!
