@@maryreeson1194 The problem a lot of people have with David, Sebastian and urs is that they replaced Carlos three days after his hospitalization in December 2021. Carlos didn’t know this and never agreed to Labrie! What more they could have done? They should have attended Carlos wake and funeral! They should have supported Carlos in hospital! They should have taking time to do auditions to find a voice that blends and someone who is a crossover performer. They only mention Carlos when they have too. Why would they otherwise have erased all the photos of Carlos from the Il Divo website! No band has ever continued the way dm, si and ub did after losing a bandmate.

Sadly, Carlos did die. They didn't kill him. Why would any of you think Carlos would not wish them future success. They should not have to grovel and show you that they had a relationship and felt a loss. Get over yourselves. I loved them with Carlos and will continue to love them with Steven.
Este no es el Il Divo original. Durante 18 años Carlos Marín fue miembro de Il Divo junto a Urs, Seb y David. Tristemente Carlos falleció de Covid estando de gira con el grupo. Es por ello que Steven es ahora mismo miembro, porque Carlos falleció. Por lo tanto, el veinte aniversario tiene poco que ver con Steven y mucho con Carlos.

Carlos passed away a couple of years ago? Miller seems to have forgotten that it was only two years ago!He talks about him as if he was something disgusting what you wipe up from the floor. He was responsible for the huge success of this group for 18 years and is still treated disrespectfully. They're just a disgrace! And they sing horribly live, only four solo singers warbling next to each other, no more harmony of voices. Carlos' hard work was destroyed by them within a very short time. il Divo died with Carlos Marin on December 19, 2021.

They left him in Manchester like a piece of trash. And they have not visited his grave to this day. If you find that respectful, then go to the doctor!
I'd respect them had they all gone solo after Carlos, but just to just replace and move on is such a money grab. And do celebrate an anniversary doesn't seem appropriate anymore. Not for me

Y el mismo David dijo hace unos dias que ahora es otra musicalidad . Carlos es puro sentimiento, sensibilidad y dulzura . El llevaba la musica por bandera. Vivia por la musica. Can someone explain to me without hatred why these guys find it so hard to mention Carlos Marin input into these 20 years!! Beginning to realise there was not a lot of love between Carlis and Urs fair enough two very different personalities and cultures. Steven is a lovely kind guy and wish him the best.Nothing wrong in remembering Carlos with kind words every now and then as a mark of respect and love for his 18 years in Il Divo.

I am not in mourning sadly Carlos died along with too many others during covid.My point was they are promoting 20 years of which Carlos shared 18 so once again why not even one song on this album with the original voices.Yes they have to move on as everyone has to. Hay un pequeño grupo de seguidores (muy pequeño, no llegan ni a 10) que intentan menospreciar a Carlos con comentarios de ese estilo. Además son muy graciosas, porque se creen con el derecho de decir qué se.puede opinar y qué no. yo estoy muy decepcionado con Il Divo, por como han ninguneado a Carlos en el 20 aniversario. Le dedican menos de un minuto en la gira, ni una canción en su memoria ni nada...actitud deplorable

Así es, en el primero que pensaron para formar el grupo fue en Carlos, los querían solo para discos y Carlos al tomar las riendas del grupo los llevo a conciertos, hablar en español y cantar y poner bailarinas en sus conciertos que no estaba de acuerdo y menos Urs y lo que son las cosas ahí conoció a su esposa que era una de las bailarinas
Porqué no mencionan a Carlos casi? 18 años estuvieron juntos y triunfaron junto a él. Siempre se ha visto q UB no le gustaba Carlis ,es más creo q lo envidiaba por su voz y manera de ser. Sus palabras en una entrevista me parecen insultantes y falsas hacia Carlos . Carlos no sólo era la voz , todo él era magia pura,su manera de ser, sonrisa picarona y cautivadora,mirada penetrante ,travajador nato con sus defectos cómo él mismo decía. Yo los admiraba pero viendo lo q hicieron desde q enfermó Carlos hasta hoy en día,no entiendo sus mentiras, ni dieron el pésame a la madre de Carlos, hermana....ni fueron al cementerio,cosa q DM dijo q sí. El único q dió el pésame a la ex de Carlos fue SI. Ya cuando Carlis enfermó ya habian elegido DM y UB a SL para q siguiera la gira con ellos y no cómo dijo SL en una entrevista q conocia a Carlos y q dió su consentimiento para q la hiciera con losv3 divos. No entiendo por qué tanta mentira desde el principio, por qué actuaron así. No tienen discográfica,todo lo llevan ellos mismos . Q tipo de homenaje le hicieron a Carlos ? Carlis no hubiera actuado cómo ellos lo han hecho,nunca. Es más,en una entrevista dijo q si alguno de ellos faltase IL DIVO no existirua ya . No lo q ellos dicen q Carlos hubiera querido q siguieran . A losvtres o 4 días de fallecer Carlos UB y su mujer estaban brindando con Champagne en una terraza de un hotel felices y no fueron capaces de ir a su funeral y nabdar el pésame a la madre de Carlos . Por qué? Es tan grande la decepcion q tengo yo y otras muchas fans tb por todas las mentiras,por hablar mal de Carlos, por no nombrarlo casi ,ni hacerle un buen homenaje, ni ir a su funeral,ni ....tantas cosas ,al final crea impotencia. It is David whom knew Steven as he had performed with him. Carlos knew of him and admired him as a singer. Carlos was ventilated due to his condition worsening and sedation is used in this situation to enable someone’s condition to be stabilised if possible and to ventilate them. Sadly Carlos’s condition deteriorated and he died despite all efforts to stabilise and help him. There is no choice re life or death in this situation someone’s body can only take so much !! Rather a bizarre comment you make !
