Quella crema al caramello e la típica crema Dulce de Leite sudamericana? La frolla ha molti liquidi ( i tuorli ) per renderla più morbida? Nella frolla normalmente i liquidi sono il 10% delle farine+zucchero+burro. Grazie mille.
2 cans sweetened condensed(not Evaporated) Milk Place both unopened cans in a sauce pan large enough to hold them and be able to cover with water. Bring to a boil and lower to a LOW simmer. Let simmer 2 hours. I would think you would cool them before opening. When cooled, place 5oz(a bit more than 1 stick) of butter in a deep bowl and beat till creamy. You want it creamy, not melted.
