The Folgore has a beautiful airframe, both in terms of how it looks and how it handles / performs. But is let down significantly by it's weak armament. Taking out the Spitfire proved difficult. I can't imagine how ineffective it would be against a Mig, Yak or LAGG.
Still, an absolute pleasure to fly, with a very intuitive cockpit layout and as you will see in the video has amazing stall characteristics and is super predictable and controllable on the absolute limit chasing the Spitfire in turns where it should be at a disadvantage.
