Islam is a 190 pounder trying to prove his way against little guys. Go up to 170 and 185 and do that to guys your size. Once his system cant nake those weight cuts anymore , he is done. Thats why the Eagle retired. If you noticed once the weight cuts got hard, he retired. Weight bullies i am not impressed..
