Love the lady that keeps setting her car alarm off assuming someone is in there that she can annoy, but in reality its only annoying her and the rest of her family cause no one is there. Super classy, I'm sure they'll be talking about it back in their trailer park later.
I see that no one is talking about the Louisiana woman, I found that she was incredibly respectful and honestly quite refreshing compared to that awful family.

After seeing how they were acting at the gate on the camera, I would have called them back and told them that they could pick up the vehicles after 8am on Monday.

Some friends of mine just got back from Gatlinburg and called me to say thanks for the warning. I told them about your videos and to be sure to pay to park when they are there. A hotel employee told them they could park in any of the numbered spots in town but thankfully they didn't!
Pure class in that family right there! I was hoping after he asked Jeff how it was towed, Jeff would have said “now I have a question for you”! And asked why they were messing with the gate!
What a terrible thing to teach your kids about how to resolve conflicts. They don't even realize how far they are setting their children back in life with those "lessons".
Gatlinburg is ridiculously crowded and on weekends many pay lots are full. We live an hour away and very seldom go there. When we do go, we rent a room at a hotel, legally park car and walk everywhere. There are even trolleys for non walkers.

Imagine being the first guy, falling asleep, and waking up at Everything Auto, completely confused as to how you got there! My roommate is and *extremely* heavy sleeper (he's slept through a heavy shelf *falling on his head*, lol!) and that sounds like something that would happen to him.
I love watching your videos from the uk. For every time I have been affected by inconsiderate, entitled Parker’s I thank you for the work you do. For the peace of mind you give me knowing that there are tow companies such as yours who can rescue me from sticky situations I thank you. What a wonderful family that one was! Kids just like the parents. The magic person told me it was ok. When I come there this summer if any one asks if it is ok to park there I'll tell them if you want to meet the nicest tow family of Jeff and Kristen from Everything Auto go ahead and roll the dice but you won't like their prices. It will be cheaper to just go and pay the attendant down the block!
You probably saved someone's life and the driver of the car parked in the hotel parking lot a prison sentence since he was implying he was too drunk to see the sign the night before when he was getting ready to drive. They waited until the next morning (and were mostly sober) to pick it up which furthers my belief it was likely the case. Best tow I've seen so far. As a mortician in Tennessee, I applaud you for lessening my workload.
Those poor kids have horrible role models in life. Pay to park and you won’t have this issue in Gatlinburg….plain and simple. Nobody tells these people to park in the employee parking lots either 😂

Great video, thanks for sharing Everything Autos: It amazes me how some people are so proud of their IQ of one that they have to demonstrate this by showing you their middle one fingered salute. While they might be impressed with their IQ of one, I'm not. I don't know what foreign language the gates were speaking, but I don't speak verbal diarrhea. Funny thing, when I visited Branson Missouri, it is just like Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, I never had those problems and was always able to see the signs. Including figuring out where to park at. I was even in Franklin Tennessee, went to Nashville Tennessee and never had any problems, nor did I ever get towed once. The bears sure are brave in that area and don't seem scared of cars, nor humans.

We come to Gatlinburg several times a year and always eat at Smokey Mountain Brewery for their beers and food. The guard house guy told us to always keep our receipts for any shopping of the stores in that lot and we have never had an issue. If it was posted NO parking -employee parking only, we certainly would not park there. People just like to push the envelope!
My town has parking just about everywhere but you go 20 minutes out towards the more populated areas and it's paid parking and parking garages everywhere. Sure it sucks and is inconvenient but it is what it is. Pay attention to signs and when you mess up own up to it
30:38 "If you're walking up there late at night, drunk. You don't see that sign!" Well, If you're walking, you don't need to see the sign, and if you're driving, you're not supposed to be drunk!
If you see them on camera, hanging and banging on the gate, when you get there, tell them you have to get someone to fix the gate, and it going to take several hours to fix it!!! LOL...
I'd give difficult people the difficulty they give me, but i wish i could give that first lady her money back. People who accept their wrong, even without knowing it, and accepting the consequences gracefully are so rare!
I’m amazed at the people illegally parking!! Not to mention the ones who act so helpless about looking up a phone number!! People can’t google all the sudden!??! And act like that are not on camera
When it’s that busy, I think you should ask $200 drop fee. It would be worth it to me to pay $200 now and have my car. The traffic is crazy and cost of getting there is worth it.
How freaking sad to watch that families behavior. That little boy is going to be one heck of a grown up. Her has a ton of patience. After seeing their behavior I’d have called the popo!
