The reason for the discrepancy is very simple: If someone who is not a cop breaks the law, the way that they can be held accountable is to place them under arrest. You can't place a cop under arrest so the only way to hold a cop accountable is to record their name and badge/ID number. Which would be why cops pull the I'm pointing to my name tag nonsense, if they don't state their name on video and the video is of insufficient quality to read the name tag, it creates doubt about who did what, which is doubt that their lawyer can exploit in the unlikely event they find themselves having to explain themselves to a court.

We don't know if there was a crime or not just because they said they didn't commit a crime doesn't mean they are not lying. Most people will deny and lie just the cops do. I find it suspicious that they ended the video so abruptly without explanation.

Clearly they had reasonable suspicion whether it was valid or not but somebody called the cops on them and made a complaint and that is enough for them to detain you and investigate.
After these encounters, I bet many cops start realizing how badly trained they really are. 360 hours of training to be a cop in Louisiana, about 800 hours of training to be a cop in California, about 1500 hours to be a licensed hair dresser in many states, and 2000 hours to be an a/c repairman in most states.

You cannot punch a cop who is grasping you by the arm because he is not physically harming you and is not threatening to. Never fight cops in the street because there are more of them and you will lose. You lose almost all sympathy with a judge or a jury should you try to sue for someone violating your rights if they can show you are a violent felon. Giving them evidence to charge you with a crime where none existed before is stupid. They violate your rights trying to illegally arrest you, you decide to fight, they legally arrest you for the fight, then they will offer to drop their valid charges against you for you fighting them if you will swear (in writing) to not sue them for the rights violation. You lose all the way around. If you know some cop who is threatening to arrest you doesn't have legal standing to do so, the moment he makes the threat put your hands behind your back toward him and silently dare him to handcuff you. The farther he takes the illegal arrest the larger the settlement will be IF you don't commit any crimes.

This is all true supported by public documents anyone can acquire. Note I did nothing wrong, I never got mad even though most people would have snapped (as they planned), nor did any of the KAPWC HOA members not involved with the crime. This is all about money and theft involving Law Enforcement in 3 States working together to cover for each other and assist in the criminal conspiracy. On June 9, 2009 I was less than a month away from winning a lawsuit caused by the claim made by Boeing's Senior scientist Dr. Mark Skinner on Maui who held high security clearances and stated he owed a section of the MCR HOA subdivision road because the road's easement was on his side of the property line and not mine trying to create a "legal technicality"reversing the symmetry of words in our CC&Rs and obvious meaning so he could avoid the required road building setback after building his first house several feet on his neighbor's property "by accident" which increased the access and building potential of his lot immensely. He also used the claim to stop my access using the road in revenge for correcting him and put it in email. This caused the law suit I filed, one of many against him in counter suits. I had reported the lawsuit to the Klickitat Sheriffs and State Police on many occasions because it had become an obvious crime of criminal conspiracy involving exceptionally illegal overt acts stopping the legal system from functioning with my first attorney dead after flying in from the mainland and having dinner with a defendant. My 2nd attorney was pulled off the case and I was forced to change law firms. My 3rd attorney Jim Fosbender new to Hawaii making a name for himself in the papers going against "the bad guys" was being severely harassed and called names for doing so by the other local attorneys and IMO seeing the position of power I had put him caved in and changed sides (later joining the defendant's "high ranking" law firm) but actually created more evidence in my favor as shown in the depositions before the ODC ordered him off the case due to conflict of interest. The 4th was busted with a reporter present to witness a status conference over the phone that never happened because he attended it in my place in person in Hawaii AFTER being dismissed for acting in conflict of interest and was off the case after refusing to "officially" take the case (but not the money) while trying to reason with the defendants attorneys and settle the case based on an insane claim out of court rather than "let them have it" and defend me. Because of politics the reporter was taken off the news story. My 5th attorney was the grand daddy of them all. He had represented me in a prier case affecting the North Shore of Oahu I was vocal in that he created by contacting me to get it going telling me we needed to file a lawsuit and he would take on contingency for 33% plus legal costs which pulled me off my girl friend's 1994 drunk driver auto accident insurance fraud case where I was in the process of exposing the attorney corruption involved over her uninsured motorists policy where the drunk driver's criminal attorney's law partner became the arbitrator picked by her own attorney who skipped town without finishing the case where her insurance agent was caught stealing the police accident report out of her hospital room (in a State where police records and 911 recordings are known to disappear where money is connected) that claimed she could talk and gave a statement in her crushed car putting herself at fault with her pelvis crushed in 26 places, a severe head injury, and both her lungs collapsed with her spline ruptured though her diaphragm resulting in her hospital records stating police and insurance corruption involving the police and her insurance agent working together was causing her a great deal of stress and harm slowing down her recovery process as much as could be expected due to permanent injuries and missing internal body parts. Anyway it was my letters with evidence sent to the Hawaii Office of Disciplinary Counsel that forced the 5th attorney to follow the law and schedule the Court Ordered binding arbitration the attorneys on both sides were trying to prevent from taking place and were certain would never happen because of the illegal activity trying to prevent it. Please note everything I say is my legal "opinion" and involves death threats in writing (email) and an attempted poisoning in WA I reported after someone entered my WA house where I moved to get away from the death threats and attacks on record the police refused to investigate and limits some of your requests for information, some I don't want them to be aware of. I can say the Sheriff's failure to respond to my being poisoned was a wakeup call which made me aware the WA Sheriffs were supporting the police in Hawaii as outlined in the lawsuit against Dr. Skinner who was trying to set me up as a "threat" as shown on the KAPWC video of him threatening to use the DIS through his job tittle at a KAPWC HOA meeting others have copies of and witnessed. And I sued him personally because the idiot followed through with the threats of making false reports like attacking me trying to get a camera recording an HOA meeting where his emotions said the wrong thing and then filed a police report I attacked him to try to reverse it despite a room full of witnesses that don't like the guy. And some names I'm leaving out so everyone can have a fair trial with no objections made that their right to a fair trial was compromised, and in respectful consideration of family members and relatives. The Police took the initial "cause of death" reports and are well aware of the names of the deceased and I have provided additional information where needed. It's up to them to do their job in good faith and avoid their involvement from growing and becoming more serious than it already is. To my knowledge no police are directly involved with the three deaths I believe are associated with the HOA case, only covering up the facts by failing to investigate obvious crimes involved throughout the case too numerous to mention here, and directly assisting in the theft of valuable personal property on June 9, 2009 to acquire the case evidence and legal papers needed to finish the lawsuit against the HOA Board members thereby stopping the lawsuit as without the evidence and required legal documents to keep up with the legal time schedule in place of 21 days the lobbyist was exceptionally well aware of, as was the Judge he used as his attorney to evict me as a renter as shown in my letter to the Judge/attorney showing I'd have the cash to pay off the house I was buying from his client in 60 days just from getting my legal fees back alone at binding arbitration, there was no way to stop the case from being dismissed for failure to perform despite my last 3 attorney's failure to perform over a period of years refusing to follow the Court Order to arbitrate a part of the lawsuit because it lifted the stay on the other cases with my 5th attorney refusing to communicate with me despite sending him constant new requirements due to new events and massive amounts of new evidence thanks to the other HOA members. I pretended to be emotionally beaten by the corruption and waited a year to prove his refusal to perform and communicate with me and show he was assisting the defendant's attorneys before busting him and the ODC forced him to perform. In the end they had to resort to grossly illegal unhidden deception and trickery and use Sheriffs willing to break the law in two States thinking no one would ever notice despite telling the political lobbyist my work in physics was about to create the needed attention to expose the good doctor and his friends: e{a}/t=hv. To avoid WA legal infrastructure on June 9, 2009 they used an Oregon moving and storage company with connections to both WA and OR Sheriffs willing to cross State lines and assist in the theft and shipped my stolen property into OR across State lines. Had the OR Hood River Sheriffs done their legally required job it would have been a different story. Despite my proving the property was stolen with an obvious motive and it's location in their County, they refused to take legal action without a theft report from the Sheriffs that assisted in it's theft and said I'd be arrested if I reported it again. Despite being on the edge running out of cash after 9 years I had timed things well enough and done the impossible by playing emotionally beat and waking up suddenly with lots of energy ready for trial forcing my 5th attorney to do what I needed him to do. They stole my real estate holdings through manipulating the legal system illegally, but they didn't hide how they did it. In fact they advertised it thinking nothing to come of it.
“when you get one that refuses to identify, change the way you ask them, "I want to file a complaint on you and I need your identity, what is your name and badge number"... so now when they refuse to KNOWING you wanted to file a complaint, you can add they obstructed the complaint process and intentionally did so... ALSO, inform any other officers on scene you want to file a complaint and need that officers identity because they refused to give it to you knowing you wanted to file a complaint, this does a couple things, first it now lets you file a complaint on that officer for obstructing the complaint process when they too refuse to identify them, second it also opens them up to additional violations for failing to inform a commanding officer of a policy violation another officer committed... just like they try to escalate things and add more infractions, you too must do the same with a little strategy you can make it not just one violation, but multiple violations... and each more serious than the last when done in tandem with intent and knowledge to shield themselves from accountability... One thing that hides what's going on is when the police or an Insurance Company working with them or even a Utility Company is caught lying to break a contract or commit crimes putting them at risk by Criminal Law as well as Civil Law and is sued they are allowed to settle the case using a "nondisclosure agreement" that hides the truth of what they did. However if the nondisclosure agreement is obtained in bad faith because an attorney called you out of the blue to set up the lawsuit working with other corrupt attorneys to distract you from another case putting them at risk a car bomb failed to stop... it's just a worthless piece of paper if you can prove it. Exactly true My ex wife and I lost our daughter 12 years ago and the dr did some things that didn't make sense to us we got a lawyer and ended up having a big case against him because of his actions we eventually settled out of court for a good bit of money but had to sign a NDA as well .

the average GI carried almost 100 rounds of ammo either in a bandolier belt...or in thompson mag carrier.....maybe a flak jacket.....rations.....knife....bayonet....grenades.....helmet....usually wore atleast 2 maybe 3 layers of clothing...boots cops carry at max 36-38 rounds of ammunition(not counting if they have anything in the patrol car).....asp baton...maybe a taser and or OC spray....two sets of handcuffs.....body armor...radio..boots.....think before you speak
Alright operator, despite the hyperbole, the observation that the cops we employ are engaging the people with a us vs. them mentality is spot on, they know full well what image they are trying to put out there, near everything could be placed on a belt and the body armor is usually worn under the uniform, the fact that these guys need to walk around looking like a private militia shows they fundamentally do not understand their role as public servants.

Why are people taking videos of other peoples private homes not willing to answer a few simple questions? When the police ask for ID it's "no you don't have the right to ask for my ID". The longer idiots like these keep those cops busy and not simply showing ID to the cops, there are other citizens who may be in trouble and those cops are not able to answer the call. Regardless of whether the cops had valid RAS to warrant detainment, I hope we can all agree that cops like this acting like royalty who are above treating citizens with any respect or decency and acting like citizens are dirty peasants worthy only of disgust needs to stop. There is 0 valid reason in situations like this to refuse to explain what crime is suspected and what the RAS is. At this point it looks like we need a federal law or a constitutional amendment to make it a requirement under penalty of jail time for cops to explain the detention/arrest, especially before using any force as long as the situation allows. This shit has no place in a group that is supposed to be public servants or in a country that is supposed to be of, by, and for the people and it needs to stop.

No matter what they say unless they are ordering you to stop, leave without saying a word. After this If stopped (Watch as they may say or ask something designed to provoke a response, dismiss your rights, or slandering prosecution fishing like, 'Are you a sovereign citizen?'): 'If you don't like it take it up with the US Supreme Court as you are now in willful violation of their case history. You are now illegally detaining me. Your actions are designed as repeated menacing.' If they say you are NOT being detained leave without saying a word. They may then stop you claiming you're not being detained. If repeatedly being detained wether they admit it or not: 'I want a lawyer and I am remaining silent as you are obviously illegally detaining me.' Now remain silent. Every time they say or ask something I might try saying: 'I am leaving as you are violating my rights to remain silent and obviously don't have any clearly articulate or legal reason to detain me.' to see if they respond. Ever seen a detective lie to police, police learn and correct the result of such a violation while from previous accounts, committing a violation themselves, then they end up repeating the very misconduct the detective has under new circumstances and end up doing it while clearly knowing they were going to be on video & it's the end result of the very same guy who lied to the police in the first place? "Reasonable suspicion" crosses over into "probable cause" and is 100% subjective. A catch-all ! They use this to require field sobriety tests, which are also subjective. A new question you need to be asking. " Has the state, or the county/city passed a law that I must have approved photo ID in order to exercise my right to liberty? " Of course no such law would ever stand a constitutional challenge because it would mean you need a permit, pass, license, documentation to exercise a right. If you have to sue do your research. I love how when you directly ask. What crime am I being suspected of committing...... they get stumped because they were in the process of fabricating a reason

In future, when asking for identification of officer, and he responds its right there. Ask him when he is in court, does he tell the judge the identification is right there.

Wow that guy will not answer him he's illegally detaining them and not even answering a reasonable question. Dirty cops enforcing their version of the law. Their well practised collusion and egotistic personalities makes them think they're above the real law. These kind of men roaming the streets with badges and guns are the lower element of the police service. Thugs with weapons and power.... a very dangerous situation. Thanks for exposing these villains. Make a report....eventually their violations, though mostly ignored by the corrupt ones above them, will start to add up and will get noticed.
