ILLIG RDKL 80 decoration stations - In-Mold Labeling lids 

ILLIG MACHINES | Outstanding technology by ILLIG. IML-T® lid decoration with the new IC-RDKL unit integrated into an IC-RDK 80 production line with handling unit Flexpacker. ILLIG has expanded the decoration technology, in-mold labeling in thermoforming, IML-T®, with the new decoration unit IC-RDKL. This enables the economical production of brilliantly decorated lids. The IC-RDKL can be integrated into existing IC-RDK 80 production systems. Manufacturing costs of decorated thermoformed lids are 20 percent lower than injection-molded lids since the weight is substantially lower, the output is higher and machine investment is lower. With IML-T® systems the operator benefits from high flexibility by fast format and tool changes with low tool costs at the same time.

Die Herstellungskosten dekorierter thermogeformter Deckel sind im Vergleich zu spritzgegossenen IML-Deckeln um 20 Prozent geringer, da deutlich an Gewicht gespart wird, die Ausbringung höher und die Maschineninvestition geringer ist. Mit IML-T® Systemen hat der Anwender eine hohe Flexibilität durch schnelle Format- und Werkzeugwechsel bei niedrigen Werkzeugkosten.
