Illinois 2021 Spring Trout Opener April 3, Pickerel Lake: Will they Bite? 

The first day of the trout opener was great with the evening bite. A total of 9 Trout were caught using red worms barely threaded through the head. Away from the hook around 9 inches, a split shot should be added. Thanks for watching and please remember to like and subscribe.
