I prefer zippers because I broke my shoulder several years ago and I have problems with pull-overs because I can't always get my arms up enough to put pull-overs on. That part at 26:56 with the flooded area, Post 10 needs to come out and find the clogged culvert.

You got lucky with those skid steers having easy tie down points. Have a CASE SV300 with the tie points being underneath making them hard to reach with a fully loaded heavy duty flatbed. I didn't partake in tying that down but was different to how i would have done it, i just wasn't pulling it.

I have two zippered Hoodies from Carhartt, one is Mossy Oak camo and the other is rain resistant, they both have excellent pocketses, so that is what I prefer, as I can open them up when going inside with out removing! Pullovers are also harder to remove in a moving vehicle I have found! 👏🏽 👍🏼☺

“Big bad snowstorm” story, some of that exact area of road road was eight feet deep in snowdrifts because the Illinois highway crews put the snow fences too close to 121, back in 1977. I know exactly where you turned on north 45 to the county road that got you to 121. My old stomping grounds, and more.

back when I was about 7 you did not hear so much cussing on the CB... also any person who did let it slip out was chastised by other drivers. but that was the late 70's. it just seems proper etiquette for public conversations. but you can't control how people speak

And a lot of times you don’t have to take it all if you just unzip it, you’ll stay cool enough in between your drops. Really depends on what your daily routine is and of course if you prefer a pullover instead of a zipper either way they both work.

Steve I would get a no-fund thing going on for some aluminum wheels on the rear. Just a suggestion I'm not bad-mouthing your truck. But a set of aluminum wheels for the rear are pretty cheap. Considering the cost of everything today. Love your channel and all the stories you tell.

People these days don't know when rail lines an truckers were the key to having a great working country. In my city they tore out a lot of the tracks only to put them back in because 10 years later the business needed them they couldn't get everything brought in by transport.

Hell a driver was up that area. And they had detour's and roadblocks. And he kept getting rerouted to go the other way around and another roadblock. Lucky the receiver understood what was happening cause they was being told by there local driver's.
