Illumination's Minion Cafe officially opened in August of 2023, and thankfully our trip timing worked out to check out this restaurant! We had done the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem attraction on prior trips, but seeing that area fleshed out to more of a Minion Land was really cool! I'm not a massive Minions fan by any means, but I enjoy themed dining and honestly the Minions Cafe menu is pretty great. I was very excited to try this, and am happy to report it'll be in my usual rotation!
