Thats a good illustration of a how accurate and dependable a standard beam scale is. - I consider a reliable beam scale essential when working up loads and when using accurate loads, I wouldn't dream of relying on cheap digital scale in those situations. The scale shown looks like a Lyman D7 or old D500, not a bad scale but it does lack the floatig bearings found on the RCBS range of scales.
