i made it but the corner didn't b complete ! for the circle its fine but when I draw rectangle the corners are miss !! I am using CS6 . is there anything I miss ? the second square in the Brush settings is empty

I have a question for you, if u could help me please. I made several patterns without problems. Now I made a pattern that I can not put in the Swatches board. This design has hearts on it, but the hearts are not filled with a plain color but with a pattern. If I replace the pattern of the hearts with colors the Swatches board accepts the design, no problem but with the pattern it doesn't. How can I solve this?

When i'm trying to use gradient colors to make this, it's not working while normal colors are working without any issues. Any solutions to get a gradient color?
