here in iloilo nowadays is a business center of western visayas.and has 186 brgys,and a massive seamans and other ofws all over the world..and we can speak 4 languages as we used to be..Proud to be Ilonggo.subscribed.

Naalaala ko noong early 60's pagbakasyon sa escuela at isama ako ng ate ko sa iloilo city , binalik balikan ko ang planta ng cocacola at DYPL , istasyon ng radyo ng abs cbn.

I am proud to be ilonggo, also a proudly AJUYnon , as far as I know Ajuy is the 1st town of Iloilo Province used Jeepney that travels almost 100km away from from Iloilo City..

San Vicente Ferrer seminary is also one of the oldest learning institutions in ILOILO, founded in 1869. It had produced some illustrious leaders, like Graciano Lopez-Jaena, Martin Delgado, Jaime Cardinal Sin, etc.

@Zari Wilmot Good day! The only cinema that still exist here in Iloilo City is the Cine Palace(The oldest movie theater in the Philippines) located at JM Basa St. Iloilo City Proper. Others cinemas have been demolished already in the early years when it lost its popularity due to the economic crisis in Iloilo during World War 2. Thank you :)

I hate the fact that businesses destroying old buildings, i mean those old buildings have great history and your business sucks just by destroying the old buildings and the crop fields.
