We will miss this kind of jeepney here in iloilo. It is going to be memories for us in near future that one day from past, iloilo jeepney was the best public utility vehicle in the philippines where the design was so look elegant and making us proud as ilonggo people.

The last time I was in Iloilo, the jeepneys there are unique in their designs, very well maintained and very clean. Also taxis are clean and very well maintained.

Phasing out old traditional jeepneys are long overdue because Filipinos deserves safe and comfortable transportation that conforms government requirements.

Air-conditioned E-buses are now starting to replace these iconic Iloilo jeepneys. But I believe the city government should retain some of these beautifully painted jeepneys especially those made by Passad because they look appealing to tourists. They should be painted in whimsy colors similar to the brightly colored wall fillers at Festive Walk Mall and Festive Walk Parade at the Megaworld, not the industrial heavy metal rock painting.

Dito sa metro manila at lalo na sa dasmariñas cavite ang mga jeepney dito puro pambasura na' Dagdagan pa ng mga driver na mga dugyot......parang di naliligo' #reality

.....but sadly they will be replaced....eventually...
