● The Skara Series: Skara 60 & Skara Classic - For just €86,600, you could have yourself a Skara 60. At 644.75 square feet, it’s on the smaller side - but that’s why they also have the Classic Skara model, for €113,000, and 693.19 square feet. Either model you choose, it would take roughly six months to have your home ready to go. The exterior floor is spruce, and the rigid frame is made of dense timber. It comes with everything and the ability to change your floor plan for better customization.
● The Nordic Series: Nordic Mini, Classic, Sauna, Plus, Single, Double, Plus 60 - The Nordic Series covers almost everything else - they run on the smaller size for the traditional “tiny home” enthusiast, with all the charm of Nordic, simple design. The Mini is the smallest, under 200 sq. ft., and the largest is the Plus 60, running just over 600 sq. ft. But sometimes, smaller and simpler are better. The designs are varied from studios to multi-room homes, with many of the same features as the Skaras, but with a wider variety of options and elements, like the Sauna's additional loft options or the expanded floor plan options you have. The home is what you make of it - but a Nordic makes home buying a little more fun.
● O2M Series: O2M Camping, O2M Classic, O2M Plus - The O2M models are a bit off-beat in design but perfect for someone looking to create a new modern classic. Whether you only need the Camping model - a bed and somewhere to kick back in the countryside at less than €32,100 and just 199.13 sq. ft - or maybe a bit more space, with the classic model ringing in around €50,700 and 395 sq. ft, with a bedroom, a bathroom, a patio, and full kitchen. Then, for the more discerning customer, the O2M Plus offers, for €70,600 and 513.43 sq. ft., two bedrooms, a bathroom, a walk-in closet, and separate living space. The designs are sleek, rounded, and modern - different from anything else on the market, including in IlumHouse’s lines. Made with high-quality Scandinavian plywood, with waterproofing and triple-glazed windows, you won’t miss out on anything the newly-minted designs have to offer - least of all, comfort or design.
● Other Projects: Helsinki, Oslo, Lund, Elva - If none of their mainline projects suit you, then the Helsinki (starting at €119,800 for 758.85 sq. ft.), Oslo (starting at €37,800 for 233.57 sq. ft.), Lund (starting at €42,000 for 240 sq. ft.), and Elva (starting at €44,900 for 245 sq. ft) models are a little different. The Helsinki is one of IlumHouse’s most significant models. It takes roughly 8 months to turn around, but some premium additions include new-generation roofing, Scandinavian plywood, and more. If you’re on a time crunch, the Oslo only takes two months and can be up and running quickly. It has all the modern amenities and benefits that the rest come with, just on a smaller scale. The Lund offers much of the same, but with expansive open windows: you can bring the outdoors in without making too much of a footprint. Finally, we round off with the Elva, a small cabin model meant to give you some additional space, like an extra office or room out on the land.
All of these homes come with clear benefits and drawbacks - but many of the features remain the same and consistent, making it an easy breakdown. On the bright side, the modular and customizable designs allow you to arrange your interior layouts however you’d like. The pricing is accessible - fractions of the price of a traditional home. The homes are constructed with solid frames meant to last generations, and they utilize high-quality treated and laminated wood throughout the interior and exterior.
