I hope they make more historical dramas like this para naman hindi malimutan at maging aware ang mga kabataan sa kasaysayan ng ating bansang sinilangan.
Yung feeling na makaKapamilya ka pero saludo ka pa rin sa teleserye ng Kapuso, yun yaon eh ~~~ to be honest, story-wise sobrang ganda ng mga teleserye ng gma 👍👍
Sana gumawa pa sila ng historical dramas. Nangyari man sa Pilipinas o hindi. Kasi maganda na magkaroon man lang ng interes kaming mga kabataan na mas kilalanin yung kultura nating mga pinoy. Mahilig ako sa mga modern dramas. Pero pag-dating sa historical dramas, nae-excite ako manood. Ginalingan niyo dito GMA.
Beautifully shot.I don't know the whole story of Dr.Rizal.I didn't even know GMA network did a show like this.Even Dr. Rizal's ancestor had to escape famine,plague and prejudice.It's amazing where we are right now and looking back then.What changed?
GMA is in their element when it comes to historical serye and fantaserye. Watched this years back noong una itong lumabas, watching this again dahil MCAI.
this was so underated, one of the greatest series gma made that truthfully 9 year old me enjoyed hope this series gets known more this is today only the greatest life documentation of the well known Dr Jose Rizal.
Been here because of Maria Clara at Ibarra, nakalimutan kong may ganito pala before na isa pang obra maestra kung maituturing, kudos sa gma sana marami pang mga seryeng ganito

@@babyface03me but man, this is not just a documentary , this is also a TV series/historical drama. So don't say that GMA is only good in documentaries because they have quality TV series too. They have this TV series entitled MAGDUSA KA that have been nominated in the 37th Emmy's. TV series like Marimar, My Destiny, Carmela, Dyesebel, Rhodora X, Ika 6 na utos, My Husband's lover, have been shown in more than 10 countries.
GMA was home of media depictions of Jose Rizal from the movie released in 1998 produced by GMA Films to Illustrado by GMA Network and TBA Studios,the studio that produced Heneral Luna
As a child, Jose Rizal is really adventurous. I can't describe him in words but Jose Rizal is really different from other kids. This show gives me a short travel back in time.
Nung nandun pa ako sa pinas pinakagusto ko yung Amaya dahil na highlight ang rich culture ng mga sina unang pilipino. I always admire how GMA Network value Filipino heritage and always striving to be the best in story-telling and cinematography kaya nang malaman kong they continued on producing new historical dramas ever since Amaya I am very static. I am currently streaming Illustrado here on youtube so far so good! Historical dramas are the kind of stories major networks should produce for the filipino viewers in general!

Dapat eto yung mga palabas sa Gma ngayong may Quarantine kasi napaka ganda ng story, tsaka para maiba naman ang palabas nakakasawa na kasi yung iba HAHA
With the release of Pulang Araw this coming July, this will be a big hit if they will show it in Primetime. Imagine a series of historical drama along with Amaya, Ilustrado and Pulang Araw. Kudos GMA for bringing these series for Filipinos. Mabuhay!
Sana magkaroon ng maraming palabas na tungkol sa history ngayon. Parang katulad sa mga kdrama. May mga historical drama, atleast doon napapakita parin kung paano yung kultura nila noong unang panahon. Sana gayahin din satin yung with high quality para kahit papano kapulutan ng aral ng mga kabataan dahil unti unti nang namamatay ang mga impormasyon tungkol sa mga ninuno natin lalo ng ngayong pandemic.
