Please, please please ~ make more like this!! I did go through this also when I was in junior high & beginning of high school! I Have scoliosis. Had to wear a body brace for a year in eighth grade. Didn’t work then- had to have a gruesome MAJOR surgery - Harrington rod put in my spine and wore a body cast the next year! Was being tutored at home the first 3 months! Couldn’t take the isolation of being at home. Told my parents I can’t do this anymore I have to go to school to be around people! I knew exactly what was gonna happen, and I prepared myself. I was raised in a home with the FUNNIEST parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles….. the best sense of humor - THE BEST!! I know SO many jokes😂🤣😂 AND, a little bit of self deprecation can go a long way! Even though I left each day and did my best to- fake it till you make it- it crushes your heart deep down. Went home, many a day, head to my bedroom, closing the door gently, put on my record player and shed tears while listening to the music - comforting me. Later on in life, I became a teacher/counselor/motivational speaker for children ages of all ages! Children are our future, the most important resources we have! We know all those old saying: misery loves company, hurt people, hurt people…. The most IMPORTANT fact must never be forgotten- EVERYTHING STARTS IN THE HOME! Kids who bully I have no of self-respect , lack confidence within themselves, are tremendously insecure, let jealousy live within their hearts, get a nice boost to their egos after a bullying session…. Worst of all - most of them learned from their parents/ guardians/foster care… HOME! Many parents need parenting classes! It’s a cycle that CAN be broken when you put forth the effort! Unfortunately, this cycle NEVER should exist! Be kind to everyone ~ ALWAYS! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
