Welcome bro I was just dealing with a aching back for two weeks . Woke up one morning a back was locked up and not moving. But this is after I had back back in 2014 . And yes sir we do need to take care of the back 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾✌🏾
🙏💪🏽 Sometimes we have to hire some help. My back has its moments. And I'm also on track to eat healthier ( on my way to 50, so I'm starting late, too, but it's never too late to be taking care of yourself ), cutting out as much processed and packaged and high fructose as possible. Getting my whole foods ( not the store 😂 ) and organic lifestyle on.
