My mum thinks I’m an absolute psycho for going on solo dates. Every time I go out and I say myself when she asks who with, she acts like I’ve done something wrong 😂

I decided to take my first solo trip to Australia for a month after a break up and i'm now day 3 into the trip and feel very overwhelmed and anxious being alone in a new city. I know, every season there's a new flu that's so different that the natural immunity from last years will not stop the new one but hopefully you will get less sick or recover better. Great vlog hun and what a brilliant idea with the pick a solo date jar i really need to do that as over the last few years I've closed myself off as I'm single have been for 12yrs 😮 but I love been on my own but don't do anything other than work and home which I know its a toxic trait so doing the jar will get me out and about so thank you 😊 and hope you had a great date ❤

Love these kind of videos 🫶🏼 I’ve been not feeling okay lately which resulted in me not getting my period (stress, lost 5 kg within a week due to no appetite) and I just feel gross/ uncomfortable in my own body. I’ve started eating regularly again and doing yoga 🧘🏻♀️ (still haven’t been to the gym in 4 weeks… I just feel weak and defeated if that makes sense).. step by step doing the things I used to enjoy. I was just wondering if someone went through the same thing & got their period back eventually? I never had issues physically & always felt healthy so this is kind of scary to me.
