Never remove the needle until you are close to the injection site and ready to administer, and always pulled the skin back before administering that’s just a few tips I use and take with me everywhere I go when I give injections to my patient

Yes!! Any IM injection can be given in the vastus lateralis (hip) or the Dorsogluteal (butt area). However for the arm you cannot give more than 1 ML at 1 shot. Check your hospital policies
