Vitamin D takes a long time to work. It's best to take it with a good vitamin B complex and magnesium supplement which helps it work better. (There are several versions of magnesium so you need to select the right variety to help you utilize vitamin D.)
Met my fiance on bumble- this Christmas we will have been together 5 years. He hung about waiting for 6 months to meet me because of lock down and stuff. We both just knew pretty much instantly that we were meant for each other. He has spent 4 years taking days off work and using his holiday days for days off so he can take me to medical and dental appointments, befor I moved house last month him and my mum would carry me up and down a bunch of stairs in my wheelchair to get me out to medical appointments… after a year or so he met my children and they just bonded so well and he sits and games with them and they watch memes and talk about their many shared interests… he gets on well with my mum too and when I needed to move house he almost single handed moved me out and into my new place that he’s also painting by himself and is gonna do all the DIY too… he’s an absolute God send and is everything and more I prayed for.
Glad you found someone like this. We all need to connect. with someone else who can understand our struggles and be patient with us, especially with things we cannot remedy.

Yes we love you and you are not alone. It’s totally okay to struggle with issues like these and you can always improve your situation. I took down my anxiety meds and now i feel better than on meds (healthier foods, more sleep, biking, not addictive stuff like herbs and vitamins: rhodiola rosea, valerian, cbd, magnesium, vitamin b and d and yes as i saw in the comment section you chould pick the good stuff in my opinion from vitamin d it’s better to have as a liquid and the oxid version from the vitamins tend to be the worst. Google what is the best absorbing vitamin form when you pick something and also be aware how much you should take because many times you should take more to work well)
Acrylic is usually cheap and doesn't feel great (definitely doesn't breathe), but some acrylic fibers are higher quality than others. If you ever find yourself in an art store, check out the yarn section and compare a few different acrylic yarns. They're SO different from one to the other, based on thread count, weight, how the threads are spun, any finishing treatments that might go through etc. But, in general, an acrylic sweater you'd find at a department store is probably made with a pretty low quality fiber. Polyester is usually much softer.
Acrylic is just baaad. Never met something made of acrylics that wasn't awful. Polyester, rayon / viscose, there might be some differences in quality, that there is good and bad viscose, but there is no good acrylic, only bad!
i hope you feel better, going off meds suck, sadly i been off my meds for a few days im feeling less like myself every day buuut i been in a artsy mood so maybe a trade off? will be back on meds as soon as my pharm approves it with insurance wooo hang in there love
Get a blood test, love. You never know what could be going on. Test your hormones, vitamins, etc. Check for viruses and allergies, too. I wish you the best. ❤
I checked out Kalari's channel. She has a tiny following (only 743 subscribers.) I watched about 20 minutes of her video showing Chantal how she can stand and put on her socks. I thought she was amusing and not deserving of Chantal's rant. Why does Chantal go after these very small channels? Kalari has said that she has lost 200 pounds and she definitely looks in much better shape than Chantal, so maybe that's why Chantal goes after her.

She also claimed back in January that she needed money to return permanently to Canada , which she had no intent to do so. So it's one grifter vs.another, as you allege. Who is better?.
