Knowing what kind of property Brandon has for his work area (I love following him as well), I don't see why people would be bringing hate on you for wanting your own workspace. You will ALWAYS have "mom guilt" no matter how old your babies are (my kids are now young adults, and I still have mom-guilt moments); however, I think that this will be loads better for your mental health and that will show in the content that you create. When you said you don't have to be a stay at home mom to be a good mom, it touched something in me. The mom guilt that I carry is super heavy. I am a single mother who works 2 jobs to make ends meet. Thank you for voicing that mom guilt is a huge thing. Thank you for voicing things that I struggle with and struggle to admit.

I don’t typically spend time wishing for things like this, but I actually teared up when I thought about the fact that some people really do get to live like this. 😮

I took care of a special needs non verbal young lady for almost 11 yrs, she lived with me that whole time.. Then covid hit, we were basically stuck in the house for 2 yrs because she wouldn't put on a mask. Alot of places wouldn't allow her in without a mask so we just didn't do much. It took me down such a bad bad depression, because I was never able to just clock out and go home.. Home was work 24/7.. I ended up talking to her case manager, made other arrangements for her to live some where else. That was really hard, but for my mental health for my family I had to do something because I was breaking. You looking for a place outside of your home is very healthy.. See that, acknowledge it before it drags you down where it's hard to come back from.. you need that break & separation.. Being a mom is work, being a wife is work, then doing your jobs on top of that & never able to separate them is hard. ❤❤❤

I didn't realize I have been here (probably on my old account) for that long, the apartment days feel like both yesterday and years all at the same time. I love that you will also be able to have a more balanced work home life, work being at home is so hard to separate, this way you can leave work at work and be able to be present in the time you are spending with the kids and Brandon. For some women not being a stay at home mom makes them a better mom.
