As someone who deals with hair loss, it’s hard for me to go to a hair stylist especially who I don’t know and be vulnerable to have them see my hair thin in spots. I’ve had different stylists who make faces and pick my hair up like I have a disease while they look at what to do with it. I applaud you are being vulnerable and brave with this video. Tips: Try using a microfiber towel for your hair. It is much more gentle. Try head massages. They can stimulate hair growth. Try hair oils. They haven’t helped me grow much hair much, but my hair has became thicker. If all else fails embrace it. You are beautiful just the way you are😊

The fact that she is dealing with this and has 16 kids to take care of I respect her even though I don’t have hair lose she still has hair loss and she’s so organized and I don’t really have any thing to do all day and I can’t stay organized like every one should respect her because she’s struggling but she still stays on top of it like wow

This was actually really inspiring, I'm 16 and I have trichotillomania, which is a disorder where you can't help pulling out your hair, it all started when my dad passed away when I was 12, that really messed with my mom so she started taking her pain out on me, which was a lot of stress aka causing my trichotillomania. I've tried cutting it short so the hair loss was less noticeable, but it got really bad more recently and I had to shave my head. As a teen, my hair held quite a bit of my confidence and having no choice but to shave it really hurt my mental state. Anyway, to see that other people are going through this and sharing it, is quite inspiring and I love your positivity. (Thank you all so much for your love and support in the comments)

I've struggled with alopecia for 44 years and has been so difficult. I've tried so many things including wigs, which can be lovely but sooo hot. You're very brave to share this vulnerability with your viewers. You are still such a beautiful vibrant woman and I wish you luck.

Tiffany you were in my dream last night, we talked about me wanting to visit a local church of Latter Day Saints. I woke up and felt inspired and I will be attending on Sunday, I really felt this was some sort of awakening as I have never been religious however have made my first holy communion and confirmation. Our hair is like our comfort blanket, well done for sharing with us all. Post partum hair loss is a thing and the stress of having lots of children even if they are good kids it can still cause a slow down on regrowth. My hairs thin and after having my little boy it goes matter really quick and fell out more in some areas. Hair or no hair…we’re still all beautiful. You are gorgeous Tiffany, embrace it and fingers crossed your hair will thicken up and grow for you💗

I’ve been reading online about people taking monat to court as their products cause hair loss. Never tried it so not saying it’s correct but maybe worth considering if you are using the products. I'm so glad you're able to be brave enough to share your thinning hair and treatments with us. There were things you showed I'd never heard of. Everyone reacts differently to things in life and there's nothing wrong with feeling bad about hair loss. As a 13 year old who has Trichotillomania(impulse to pull hair because of stress) I feel embarrassed because of my hair. But I learn to live with it instead of hide it, and yes I ahve bald spots. You should try Opalex Hair products!

I have super thin hair. I miss my thick shiny hair. Having kids, stress and genetics my hair is so thin and dull. I’m going to treat myself to a body wave to see if it helps. Thank you for sharing and being so honest. Not a lot of people would put it all out there but you gave me a little more confidence to not be ashamed of my hair loss. My hair is almost exactly like that, but you still look amazing. I wear hats and never have it down. It hasn’t been cut in years. I’ve had a really rough few years health wise-physical and mental.. I love that you share your story. You always look so well groomed and put together that it's inspiring and relieving to see that you have "normal" issues like everybody else. I suffer from hair loss but mainly on the top of my head so it shows more and i Can't cover it as much as you. Last year i started this treatment with massages and tiny vitamin shots on my scalp and it got much better. Good luck with the helmet and the other treatment.

I lost just about all my hair due to illness and trauma from a hospital stay. It took about 2 years to grow back. All I did was style it differently and use a heap of hairspray. You hair looked lovely when you took out the extensions. Amazed at how brave you are for talking about it.

It’s so funny how we see ourselves because when I see you you’re just so beautiful on the outside but mostly what I see is the inside. Just a stunning mother, wife and loving to all. I struggle with the hair loss and that I know how it makes you feel I think you could rock any hairstyle you want. I love how real you are.
