Well I suppose the only good thing to come out of it is they will be on the receiving end of what they dished out for many years. Some big bad guys where they are going
Standards of security in the UK are appalling. Poor recruitment and training is a major problem, especially G4S are some of the worst, great video stay safe retired lifeboatman
Your patience with these ignorant people is remarkable. Unfortunately, ignorant people don’t know they are ignorant; they just do as they are told to make themselves sound interesting and important. A clever person would know the difference between right and wrong, and would be prepared to challenge ineptitude. Simple!
Plod will be blue lighting it any minute now ? They just love escalating a perfectly legal situation? Be ready for the symbolic putting on of blue gloves , whilst the other prat’s surround you with the mantra chant … Got any ID .. GOT ANY ID … then back to the station for a well earned cup of tea ???
Freedom to photograph and film "Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel." - Met police website
"We saw you taking pictures of the building from our CCTV cameras"....so they think they can take pictures of us, but we are not allowed to take any of them. They need to learn the law!!!!
It continues to astonish me how persons think they have the authority to tell members of the public what to do when they are conducting perfectly lawful activities on public streets.🤯
Reggie knows full well he's not allowed to film buildings, so when they lock him up and throw away the key, he's got no one to blame but himself 👉YOU'VE BEEN WARNED REGGIE 👈 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😘😘😘❤💛💚
Reggie doing what he does best 💪 What a prat the other security guard was thinking that the police can do what they like. No they actually got to act within the law. Like you say reggie this world is getting crazy. Keep up with the great content mate 👍
Honestly the nerve of these security gonks thinking it's OK to accost ppl in the street and demand they move on etc is a fooking disgrace. With gimps telling us where we can drive in.our home towns, we will be prisoners in our own homes if we don't stop it. We'll done reggie.
Ain't it great to be British. We're the first to go to help other countries attain their freedoms; won 2 world wars; and these bloody "visitors" tell you/me/us what we can and can't do. Keep it up, Reggie!🇬🇧✌
You have so much patience Reggie! The fact is you have a right to privacy and you can photograph anything you can see from a publicly accessible area. Those two can do one!!
I think this was a great interaction Reggie ! You certainly went the extra mile in standing your ground with utmost politeness which kept any escalation to a minimum . Still amazing how those guys genuinely thought they could stop you filming and move you on ! But your educational lesson had them completely fecked ! Top bloke 😉👍🍻
7:35 is absolutely hilarious. "You wanna do it your way?" "...yeah." It takes a staggering level of entitlement to accost a complete stranger who isn't even on your property and try to boss them around, then be shocked when they don't listen to you. This tells me there are too many pushovers in this world. I'm glad you're not one of them.
How is it racist. So if someone said listen to that English guy, that makes them a bit racist for noting his nationality. This is what's wrong with this f',d up country .
You cant really believe that this conversation at 6.15 was actually taking place, ''we want you to stop filming our building and film somewhere else'' ! Where do they think that their perceived authority comes from?? I am speechless at their audacity, really! Reggie should have said ' Jog On' ! 🙂
Very well handled. We do need to stand up to the corporations that think they can dictate what we can do in public. They use the police as a threat who are more than happy to serve their corporate masters.
The Italian geezer was nice, he certainly had an expensive suit on, he was a gent. The sec-guard with the rapper beard, the shades and the walkie talkie was a dong! Liked how you spelled it out Reggie. I think the Manc twang really fecked 'em off! Yes, standing your ground, explaining the law, batting them off while creating content was Epic. They maybe saw you taking pics, but little did they realise you were filming all along, if it was a surveillance vid on a bank, it really would be of not much use! HOABL
@@Floyd1138 No not necessarily all of them. But the good ones seem to be in the minority, and don't seem to pull up the bad ones. So it's all about perceptions. 17 wrong un's recently hired and under the spot light currently, proves the system is bin worthy.......
You must be used to it Reggie but I will never understand how they think it’s ok to come and question someone on a public street. Telling you to move on. Making veiled threats. Just thugs in suits. How dare they? Isn’t the UK a free country anymore? Your patience is legendary. My answer would be short🤬off.
Everything is fine when the security are polite and are just enquiring "why" As soon as they start with the "i'm telling you" crap, that's when you know you've reached the limit of their knowledge/intelligence and if it wasn't for your patience it could turn nasty when they interfere with a person doing nothing wrong and start causing the disturbance. The police could, in fact, be called on them, especially the second guy.
Reggie I think sharing the location for this one would be the best thing to do. It needs some follow up visits by others for sure to make sure they get their act together. If his boss told him to beat you with a stick and throw you in the river he would have tried it no questions asked.
Previously on... So You Think It's A Free Country.. Reggie get's stopped by security, Reggie explains that this is a free country and can take photos, security threaten him with the police. In this episode Reggie get told the police can do what they want......
Lucky they did not confront you on an Incredible Reggie Hulk day, and hear the words 'Don't make me angry, you wouldn't like me when I'm angry'. Great stuff yet again Reggie haha. The first security guard was an ok fellow, just confused in being stuck between 'orders' and a pleasant talking Reggie, teaching him about freedom. Peace and love!
Yeah ...these days and you'd get caught super quick... They put air tags on the gold bars. And have that annoying colorful spray that sticks to ur cloves.
Staggering that they think they can just move you on don’t do this you can’t do that, How about I’m doing this and I’m not moving anywhere, great post reggie lad.
Reggie has the patience of a Saint becsuse if it was me my old pit language would flow from my lips as naturally as it did when I was working near on 2,000 ft below ground, mind ,that was in a man's world where there wasn't any of this politically correct crap. How someone thinks they can walk out into the public street and tell a member of the public to move on and not take photos of their building infuriates me so much that I'd spend the whole day filming and taking photos around the outside of their so precious building and through any clear glass ect. How dare they presume they have control of law abiding public !
Those security guards and the 3rd voice have helped to raise the suspicious level that something illegal could be going on in that building. It becomes duty to stay longer and film everything for the police as potential evidence. That is the route I would have taken while engaging with them. We can all play that game. Mimic these people at every opportunity.
I believe it's a bank so they are a little more suspicious than other places due to the sensitivity of what they do, all you have to do is have a good interaction with them and that normally puts their minds at peace.
@6.44 they want (very much) you to pick another building, if that’s so easy why don’t the security guards pick another building and go patrol it? WHY IS IT SO MANY SNAPSHOT TAKERS THINK THEY ARE MASTER ARTISTS AND CAN TELL VIDEOGRAPHERS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS THEIR JOBS? REAL PHOTOGRAPHY IS SO MUCH MORE THAN POINT AND CLICK, ITS AN ART AND SCIENCE.
Videography, not videology, you nanna! Haha! 🤣🤣✌ First guys conversation took unexpected side step, didn't it! Haha!👍 Bedlam here in Yarmouth Reggie, they pulled big bomb out river, huge evacuations and place is in turmoil, with roads closed etc and exclusion zones! "Fiend photo" posted some vids following the shenanigans!
What is it with people who think they can tell members of public what they can and can't do in public, as you say Reggie the world's gone crazy and its getting worse by the day.
Nice of them to put windows on the building, making it easier to see confidential stuff with your eyes or a camera, then make it photogenic in one if the world's most touristy cities. About time they put these banks into industrial estates in Luton....
Great video reggie the first guy seemed genuinely interested would say a reasonable interaction from them was just the guy the other end of the radio giving orders
The mentality of some people is astonishing. "They're the police, they can do what they want". The ignorance is off the scale. It's also a very dangerous level of ignorance.
I'm guessing he was talking about the City of London Police, not the Met. That whole area is connected to commerce and banking , which the C of L police are responsible for and different rules apply. I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of them,
It's not that difficult to find out what is legal and what is not when it comes to street photography and videoing and besides, we're all on video everywhere we go.; so many jobsworths everywhere!
Wow the black guy was dangerously uneducated... the police can do anything 🙄🤦🏻♂️ so embarrassing to watch and listen to 🙄 great exposure good job 👏🏻 👍🏻
Laws, mostly, prohibit activities. They don't tend to allow activities but section 62 of the copyright designs and patents act 1988 is one of the exceptions.
It's because of public photography laws that allows for cctv we are all, supposedly, equal under the law. Plus you can't trespass the eyes, so trying to stop public photography would simply not be enforcable given all the reasons people take photos/record any way.
Hi guys iiiiits Reggie here …..filming a bank in public ….we don’t want you in the area I am on a public street Captain Paranoia has gripped the nation ..you could have said jog on and do one but you were polite and the wee security guards heart isn’t in that job the next video you do I can see the wee guy tagging along lol 😂😂😂 another great one Reggie ..let’s be careful out there 😊👍
He can guarantee that the police will move Reggie on. I can guarantee that if they did, Reggie would get a nice compensation payout for such an illegal act. Words are cheap. The law is the law. The mindset of these security goons when they think that their personal desires trumps the freedom of the man in the street. And that the police will back them up, like some sort of Freemasonry gang.
