Man, I wanted an iMac so bad when they first came out. Took me a couple of years to save up enough for a ruby iMac in 2000. Don’t think I ever loved a computer as much as I did that one.
So where do you find these iMacs and old Apple computers? The only iMac G3s I found locally was a Flower Power iMac G3 at a PC recycling center that wanted $100 for it, and also a fully boxed Bondi Blue for $100. They are both in good condition and working, but not sure if either is worth the price.
Woowww this is amazing and looks so cute inly discovered this recently when my uncle a pic on our fam group and my older cousins and sister were speaking bout how they they fun using this man I wish they were still a thing today
@@themacintoshbuyer4240 You sound a little defensive. I didn't mean to attack you (if that is what I sounded like) but what with many iMacs stashed away behind other iMacs, I was wondering when you did haul them out to use them.
@@themacintoshbuyer4240 I'm getting one tomorrow. I was wondering if you could lend me restore cds online or I could pay for them? let me know, thanks.
I got a revision B bondi blue G3 for free in a lime box that someone from my school found on the side of the road one day. It only works upside down, but I'll address that on my channel tomorrow or Tuesday.
The first iMac G3 Bondi Blue had a slot loading cd rom with a 233mhz processor known as the Rev. A....The Rev B was small update new software and the removal of the mezzanine slot. The Rev C iMac had a 266mhz processor and was the first iMac lineup to come in multiple colors; Blueberry,Tangerine, Strawberry, Lime and Grape.
TheMacintoshBuyer it’s okay I went and watched one of your newer videos and it’s much better 👍. Seriously the sound of the tripod moving was going through my brain and it genuinely hurt lol
