MAAM PLS REPLY ASAP IF POSSIBLE WHY DID U MULTIPLY BY 7? DO WE HAVE TO MULTIPLY WITH HIGHEST PIXEL VALUE OR HIGHEST POSSIBLE PIXEL VALUE? I MEAN IF WE USE 8 BITS TO STORE THE PIXEL THEN IN THAT CASE DO WE STILL MULTIPLY BY 7 OR 255?

The images shown Ol the next page are quite ditferent, but their histograms are the same Suppose that each image is blurred with a 3 X 3 averaging mask (0) Would the histograms of the blurred images still be equal? Explain. (b) Ifyour answer is no,sketch the two histograms? Mam please solved this question
