Some of these remind me of my winter trips to Finland visiting family. 0:00 is like the parking lot outside the supermarket, appropriately dim and chilly looking. 0:16 is reminiscent of a restaurant at the mall, albeit a lot emptier. And 0:31 brings to mind the flea markets we’d frequent in search of interesting old items.

Holy dhit i think your right. I remember being to cedar point and being there during a tornado. I was young and still with my parents at the time, and my mother was getting a milkshake while me and my father sat outside and watched the sky turn gray. I swear to God I think that is the place my mother went into to get our milkshakes that one day, though it could just be nostalgia like the rest of these images.
I live in a completely different place from where these photos were shot but I just feel a strong nostalgic feeling for each one of these. I just want to go back in time. Really bad.

The first memory I can really remember was when I was in a dim dance hall with a wooden Checkered fence and some vines (kinda like a wine display) but besides that it was completely empty. I think it might've been a Christmas party for my fathers work that my family went to because we had just moved. It was so strange
1:33 the only one that actually made me feel good. It reminds me a lot of a Bar I used to go when I was little with my family. It was a pirate themed bar with barrels and that kind of stuff, good memories! The other pictures sincerely made me feel uncomfortable because they evoke me a feeling between fear and nostalgia, I guess they evoke not that good memories, memories of places, lonely sensations, and people that will never come back again.

0:34 is kinda chill and its my fav because my family is a foreign family in the united states and when we go to shops to get food, they really look like that
1:48 i went to a place exactly like this when i was in preschool. i cant describe the feeling (ofc i cant, nobody ever can with these videos) but its really fucking bizarre seeing it. i mean i was 3 or 4 at the time so all my memories look.. hm. blue, they look like the kind of blue you see when you close your eyes really tight and think of the color blue. and the little dots you sometimes see are the little glimpses of my memories (and they always look like the colors are inverted for whatever reason). except now it looks abandoned, all the people i recognized arent there. so i feel like im looking at a different world entirely. i know thats a common feeling for these videos, "looking at a different world", but for this image in particular it just looks like i could reach my hand into this photo and feel around a place that never had people there to begin with. like i could just jump in there and use the place as intended, and jump right back to this world knowing that nobody will ever again go in that room.
Love your videos. 0:24 looks almost, but not exactly, like my childhood roller-rink. Roller-rinks are very liminal I feel, I like seeing them in these types of videos.
For some of these pictures I had a vivid memory of maybe being there but 0:27 unlocked a true memorie, I believe it was some kind of rolling skate place. Also 1:08, Inside a mall.

These memories are from when i was kinda little. 0:01 a park lot of a big store(not ikea) we went to in the evening, 0:48 my kindergarten entrance in the early morning, 2:22 it reminds me so bad a time i went to an hospital when i was feeling sick, still between 1-3 am Idk how but they triggered faded memories of when i was stressed or had been waken up
