At 25 years old and married, this is still a comfort show of mine. Brings back beautiful memories of watching this on Saturday mornings. So happy to have found this treasure. Keep on imagining!

Being the person who was the first to attempt on researching the pilot's existence and its preservation in 2017, it only makes me very happy and satisfied to know that after all those years, the work has finally paid off!
This pilot episode was originally made in 2006, then, it became an actual episode (13th out of 26) of the first season, but with some differences, like the imagination movers logo update in 2008, an unknown actress of Nina (Originally named Carla) was replaced by Wendy Calio who would also appear in music videos, Dave originally wearing an orange baseball hat was changed to red, the song jump up isn't heard in the original pilot, 2 songs (i can do it by myself and pop) had special music videos but were altered, warehouse mouse was a real life mouse instead of a puppet, the pilot episode was reduced to 14 minutes instead of the usual 25 minutes with certain things not being in the original version, and the episode name was Bucket of Trouble, which aired on the Disney Junior (then Playhouse Disney) preschool block on September 22nd, 2008.

I remember in a Christmas episode of Imagination Movers that Nina mentioned she had a niece named Carla, it's probably not this girl but you never know. Also! The actress also played Tina on Glee.
Hey@@flowerofthesouth did you know that Jenna Ushkowitz first did Disney Channel's Very 1st Imagination Movers 2006 Pilot Episode before joining the cast of Fox's HIT Show Glee.
I can’t believe you actually found the FULL PILOT EPISODE!! I only ever remember seeing the actual Series 1 version when it aired in the UK in March 2009
Thank you for uploading this, it feels weird seeing Knit knots and Nina being played by different people. Also nice to see some of the rare music videos also pop uses the unused audio.
My childhood home in New Orleans was a split double house shared with these guys right when they were getting started as the Imagination Movers. I don’t remember it cause I was young but they would sometimes play on the porch
Instead of Nina, their neighbor was named Carla. I found that interesting. Also, I think the bucket trouble episode was pretty much the pilot but with I guess different things?
Knit Knots looks weird but I do love this anyway. This is my favorite band ever and I hope they don’t stop soon. Their music really helps when I’m sad or going through challenging times
Differences The logo is different The theme song ends abruptly and cuts off the second verse where the band introduces themselves The episode title card isn’t listed at the bottom of the screen Wendy Calio’s character is named Carla instead of Nina The episode is 15 minutes long instead of 30 minutes They didn’t high five each other after solving the idea emergency They don’t perform “Mover Music (Jump Up!)” when the episode ends There isn’t any end credits and the Episode just ends with them watching the commercial they made on endless loop
2:06 Knit Knots’ Boring Breakfast Bits. Every bit a boring bite. Knit Knots’ Boring Breakfast Bits comes in three unexciting flavors: regular, plain, and extra bland.
HOLY SHIT SOMEONE FOUND IT!!! I actually own the DVD of the pilot from being in a small testing group before the show aired, but it's been stuck at my grandma's house and I haven't been able to retrieve it. It's hurt me so much knowing I was this close to it and yet I couldn't preserve it. I was honestly just hoping someone would someday find it, because it was such a huge part of my childhood and I desperately wanted to watch it again. And here it is!! Holy shit!!
Well,@@flora4873 I’m so glad 😌 that you finally found it, but you need to be very careful with your language because they might hear 👂 you saying those things.
Damn! The studio was different in 2007! I remember the style from when I was 3 or whatever, but the year I was born… That’s way different. So, Dave’s hat was originally orange, the Movers desk was different, the fans had differently shaped blades, the goggles view was way different, and most notably, the opening had no whistle, the ending had no jump to silhouette fade. Times have changed…
WOW 🤩! i can’t believe I finally found the pilot version of the show! Thank you 🙏 for sharing and posting this amazing 🤩 video! THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊!!!!!
Interesting how plot points from the pilot were adapted to the "bucket" episode, even the movers trying to shoot a commercial to promote their business
At 10:37 My Favorite Scene I Imagine When Barbie’s Sisters And Ken From Life In The Dreamhouse Help Barbie Get The Bucket Of Her Feet And Her Sisters Accidentally Drag Barbie And Ken Ran To Get Her And The Sisters
Honestly never heard them say that before in the show. And that Honestly makes it funny😅. Including the blowtorch one. Because why mention a blowtorch in a kids show? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It’s interesting how in the pilot, they use a lot of cartoony sound effects. It’s honestly a little weird since one occurs practically every few seconds for movement of any kind. Also I think some of the jokes that are shared between the pilot and the proper episode were made much better for the series. For example, the scene with Scott failing to say their catchphrase properly.
If I'm not mistaken, Scott Fellows worked on "Imagination Movers" before "Big Time Rush" and since the BTR show DID use that trope, I'm assuming that IM's pilot was sort of where that idea stemmed from! 😮
Also after the Movers commercial was played on TV, they cheers and do a group high five...but for Mover Dave, he did it, he high fiving on time with Mover Rich, Mover Scott and Mover Smitty and he also didn't missed. Cause Dave always missed hi-5 with the other Movers.
Glad it got found :) I remember this show when I was 5-6 before Disney jr switched names when I was 7 I stopped watching play house Disney when I was 7 and only seen the first 2 seasons of the show.
0:50 A Bucket of trouble. 4:52 We have an........ IDEA EMERGENCY! 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨💭💭💭💭💭!!!!!!!!!!!!! 13:37 Movers, looks like we did it. Another Idea Emergency..... Solved. *(cue jump up!)*
If adults enjoyed shows such as Seinfeld, Friends, The Office, Parks and Recreation, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Glee, then Imagination Movers is what us kids enjoyed.
Are there two different versions of this show?? 1. Dave’s hat in this is orange {could’ve sworn it was red} 2. Completely different actor and actress for Nina and KnitKnots and 3. Their outfits name tags and Rich’s drumsticks are completely different. This is making me confuzzeled and making my brain hurt. Someone please tell me.
